We ahd a wonderful week sharing this lovely Riad with eight friends. Allan the owner was just wonderful as were all of his staff. Great food, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. lovely plunge pool to drop into after a hot day exporing the nearby souks. Allan gave us all such good advice on where to go, how to negotiate in the...

It really is not possible to recomend this hotel highly enough. A glorious venue, a marvellous host, wonderful staff, fantastic food, all of which, was served with miles and miles of smiles. This small oasis is ideally located in the centre of the exciting Marrakech medina in the midst of the hustle, bustle and cacophony of the souk but peace...

We loved our stay in this quiet, well-located riad -- it was like staying in the home of a close friend, albeit one where the well-appointed bedroom is strewn with rose petals, the breakfast is delicious and freshly baked, and there is a friendly and helpful staff to assist with any need. Alan, our host, was incredibly helpful and generous...

The Riad El Ziohar, felt like coming home, from the moment of our arrival Allan met us and Mint tea appeared, while we sat by the plunge pool and he gave us maps and showed us how to navigate our way around the city. The location could not be better, just a few minutes walk from the entrance to the...

Stay was Friday March 17 through Monday March 20th with my wife and I and we miss it already. The owner is a charming, interesting and very smart Brit named Allan (although I would never tell him this personally I know he will like reading what I really think of him!). From the moment we arrived you cannot help not...

We had a fantastic time at Riad El Zohar and Marrakech. Ideally positioned close to the main square. The accommodation was faultless and the staff team made us feel completely at home. Alan, our host, made sure we had all the information needed to explore the city to the full and the evening meals in the Riad were delicious. Would...

A last minute change to our travel plans meant that we had an additional night in Marrakesh than first planned and Riad El Zohar was recommended to us by another Riad owner, always a great start. Alan the owner is charming, as is his wife and between the both of them and their staff you immediately feel welcomed and at...

I was ever so lucky to find this gem in the middle of old town. The care they take for each of their guests is unmatched. I traveled as a solo female and felt like I was staying with family. Alan, the owner, ensured my visit to be a safe and incredible experience in Marrekesh. The location is perfect and...

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend in Jan. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Alan and his wife were very welcoming, recommending local attractions and routes. Their colleagues at the riad were also very friendly and the food was delicious! Great value for money and fab local!
