What a fantastic stay at Riad Habiba! I booked 3 nights for my girlfriend's birthday and I am so glad I did! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from our welcome drinks to our breakfast every morning we really couldn't fault them! The room was beautiful and very clean. The location, perfect! We felt perfectly safe meandering through the... More

Really nice-charming place. We booked through a 50% offer in Splendia. Rooms are really big and comfortable and the service is awesome. There are 4 rooms in total but we had no neighbours for the first couple days. Sammir and Sammira will make your stay perfect! Incredible service and attentions. You can have the breakfast at the rooftop, and enjoy... More

Just returned from a three night break at the Habiba as a 40th birthday treat for my daughter . We had a very early flight and arrived feeling very jaded with lack of sleep. We were greeted with warm smiles , a very welcome cup of tea and a lovely breakfast (initially we said we weren't hungry but we managed... More

we stayed only one night (after returning from a desert tour) but had a great time: we were upgraded free of charge after having booked via Splendia (part of the Club benefits) and got a beautiful room: space, fantastic decoration. The breakfast was served even though we had to leave early at 7.30 AM. The Riad is in the Mellah... More

We chose Riad Habiba considering the size and decoration of the room, the location and the price (a huge discount offered by Splendia at the time writing). Despite a few negative reviews on facilities I read when choosing, I knew we would be ok there because every reviewer was praising the hospitality of the people at the riad. And I... More

Thanks to the Samira and Samir for the wonderful time in this oasis of peace in the middle of the medina. We spend 7 nights at the Riad and thanks to the help of the manager Aatif evrything was perfectly aranged as we wished. From the airport transfer to a organized trip to Atlas mountains and the Sahara everything worked... More

I stayed with two friends, we took a room each all of them were very spacious and extremely comfortable. This riad retains so much original charm. The staff and service were exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. Spotless and great value. location great for the main square and also the museums.

My boyfriend and I have just come back after a week's stay at this lovely Riad. I was a little concerned that there hadn't been any reviews for a year so. When we arrived at the Riad and were lead down a very quiet alley way, my concern grew... what had I booked? All doubt was soon eradicated as we... More

NO WAY SHOULD THIS RIAD BE SO LOW ON TRIP ADVISOR. My wife and I have been to many hotels over the world and paid £800 a night for a room but this place has to be one of my favorites. The charm the service can not be beaten, we were met by Samir at the taxi rank and he... More

We found Riad Habiba through Splendida.com - and had few expectations. We arrived to the taxi parking, were led down a few alleyways in the South medina, left the chaos behind and stepped into a delightful, stylishly decorated oasis of calmness and tranquility. Our room was (appropriately named) the Zen room and because the Riad has only 4 rooms, it... More

“Moroccan and Zen are larger and on the upper floor”

“go for the African or Morocco room when available. Their decoration is unique!”
 of 5 bubbles olyra2008, 19 Oct 2013 | Read review
“We stayed in the Moroccan room on the first floor, which is nicely and appropriately decorated with good taste. It was very clean. The long and narrow room (as is most riad rooms) with a seating area in the middle does feel roomy (376 sq ft). It also has a separate bathroom, which contains a Moroccan style large bathtub with a fixed “rain” shower as well as a mixer shower, a large wardrobe and a WC. The fact that the room is on the first floor was not a disadvantage. You will be having a breakfast (weather permitted) on the roof terrace on the second floor and the boys will help with your luggage anyway on arrival and checkout. As this is a small riad I imagine you would probably hear more voices/noises from other guests if you stay in one of the rooms on the ground floor.”
