We had such an amazing experience here. We travelled as a couple with an 11 month old baby. From beginning to end everybody there was so friendly and hospitable. We were worried that it would be difficult to travel to Marrakech with a young baby but every there loves babies and everyone at the riad showered her with love and... More

Derived from the Arabic term for garden "Ryad", I learned on my recent trip to Marrakech that Riad means "Heaven" ....and the description couldn't be better suited for Riad Dar Nimbus. This idyllic retreat will charm the socks out of you with its beautiful green courtyard, indoor pools, relaxing sitting areas and cozy nooks tucked away in quiet corners. The... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Dar Nimbus, we would return in a heartbeat! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly, a warm family atmosphere, and an amazing peaceful retreat to return to after a busy hot day in the souks. Heartfelt thanks to Mohammed, the lovely Ali, and the rest of the staff. We hope to return to... More

We had a fantastic time at one of the most beautiful Riads in the city. Just north of the old city centre, it provides a relaxing oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Marrakech life. Far enough out to offer a little seclusion for singles, couples and families alike but just a 10 minute walk from the heart of the... More

A lovely, peaceful, Riad which has been styled tastefully and offers spectacular value for money. Staff great, hamman, facials etc great. The only drawback is that it isn't right in the centre of town so it's either a 25 min walk or a walk and then a taxi (taxis cannot access the riad itself - it's a 10 min walk... More

A nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The only draw back is that it's a bit far from the Jemaa El Fna square where the old city (Medina within walls) heart is. If your first visit to Marrakesh walking through maze like small streets to get anywhere without a car would be challenging.

Tucked away in the busy Medina it's tranquil inside but it's all happening just outside when you're ready. The staff are warm and genuine, my room was gorgeous the shower was great. There are quite nooks, a courtyard garden with pool and shady verandahs as well as sunny roof terraces for breakfast or whatever. It is a bit out of... More

My reviews echoes the majority of the other reviews. The riad and the staff were very helpful. Each day returning to the riad was like finding an oasis in the desert. The small bathing pools were very welcome after walking for hours in the 40°c Marrakech heat. Breakfast was more than enough. Bread, jams, omellette, pancake, fruit salad, orange juice... More

We stayed in the Riad Dar Nimbus for 4 nights. It is a lovely place to stay although a little bit out of the centre of Marrakech. We arranged taxi transfers to and form the airport with the Riad, I would highly recommend this. It is not in a tourist area and seemed to be surrounded by locals which was... More
