I had a most enjoyable one week January stay at this lovely riad, right in the middle of the medina. Simo and Abdul couldn't have been more helpful or professional. I had breakfast most mornings in the beautiful sunshine on the riad's top terrace. Abdul served fresh flat breads with meat, fresh bread and pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice....

The highlights of this property for us were: -Great location in the heart of the medina - a few short side streets off the hustle and bustle of the main roads but close enough to reach easily on foot a lot of attractions (palais bahia, dar si said, jemma el fna square...). As a single woman I would feel more...

We keep coming back. The owners Noel and Fabrice are fantastic hosts but were away so we were looked after fantastically by Simmo and Abdul who have been employed there for a good while. Simmo made some fantastic recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. It's a great location, quiet but 5 minutes from Square with lovely rooms and roof...

Very nice Riad close to Djemaa el Fna. We loved our stay there and would go back next time. The rooms are very comfortable. We loved eating breakfast on the nice roof top terrace enjoying the warm winter sun - many thanks for a nice stay!

Our first trip to Morocco and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for 5 days - 100% recommended. We wanted to stay in the medina for the true Marrakech experience, and chose Villa el Arsa based on a personal recommendation. It's just a few minutes walk from the Jemaa el Fna. Two French men, Noël and Fabrice,...

We were 5 ladies staying at this Riad in 2 rooms for 4 nights. This is the 3rd Riad I have stayed in & I would rate it the best for the following reasons which made it stand out from the others :- Location - very close to the main square down well lit, clean walk ways. Attention to detail...

For many years now and under a few different administrations, we have been staying at El Arsa; the first on my 60th birthday. It is situated conveniently to the SE, a little way off Jamaâ el Fnaa - that huge main entertainment square in the city. Originally, on that first visit ten years ago, it was owned by an English...

Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 5 days whilst visiting Marrakech. It is a beautiful building, feels like a truly authentic place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with Ac and private bathrooms with an enormous bath. Additionally the staff were polite and helpful and happy. On the first day they provided us with a map with...

The staff was always their to answer questions and help me plan my day. The Riad was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Location is close to the main square. The only way I could criticize this is by nit-picking, (The wi-fi didn't work on one corner of my bed, and extra water cost 20 MAD), but that shouldn't discourage...

Really like this place! The good: 1) Conveniently located a few blocks off the main square 2) Really captures the feel of a Moroccan Riad. Great attention to detail. 3) Great service--helped us set up driver from Fes, Marrakech tour, airport transfer, luggage, etc... 4) Great breakfast and fabulous view from roof! Woo, the Atlas Mountains with snow is quite...
