Although this Riad is beautiful, the location and hospitality leave a lot to be desired. Absolutely no welcome or information about the facilities given. No English spoken by any of the staff. An extremely grumpy doorman who seems to have a problem with people coming back after 7pm. A little challenging to even get them to answer the doorbell, which...

This is a well-located riad, just around 5 minutes away from the busy souks an the place Jemaa el fna. We visited Marrakech as a couple and it was truly a romantic, atmospheric place to stay at. I especially loved the delicious Moroccan breakfast at the sunny roof terrace with an amazing view of the medina and the snow-covered peaks...

Many tourists to Marrakech are more than happy to spend a few days in the sun in a luxury purpose-built hotel either in the new town or on the outskirts of the medina. They can enjoy all the comforts these hotels offer, have English speaking staff, the security of a tour representative, and having ventured into Jemaa el Fna and...

Merely two blocks away from the throbbing maze of the Medina, this is the perfect refuge from which to visit the city. Elegant and very authentic moroccan ambient, very polite staff, good food and its very own spa where you should really enjoy a soothing hammam. The manager is extremely friendly, helpful, engaging and fluent in many languages. We were...

We had booked here for a week in early November as a group of two couples. This Riad is well hidden in the Medina and unless your taxi driver takes you to the front door you will struggle to find it. After ringing the bell the gates and door were opened and we were allowed in. No welcome greeting, not...

What a fantastic property to stay in. Spent a long weekend with a group of friends to celebrate a big birthday and had a fantastic time. The rooms were traditional, beautifully furnished and very clean - just like the photos on the website. The location was excellent, in the heart of the Medina so easy to walk around or close...

The rooms were beautiful and traditional as well as being clean.(Would make a good romantic break). Breakfasts were varied and we had a delicious quality meal served on the rooftop terrace with wine. Lived in the Riad for a week. The staff was nice, the room was cosy and clean. Good breakfast and if you want, they cook you lunch or dinner. The food was better than what you can get on most turist resturants! The riad is placed near the Souk end the El Fna square. But when you are in the...

We stayed 3 nights at Riad Amira Victoria and found the experience to be wonderful. The breakfast served in the roof top terrace every morning was a brilliant way to start the day and the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming.
