I stayed few days in jardin d'ines It's the heaven of peace in the heart of the palemeraie The atmosphere is full of discretion and sensual pleasure The service is really efficient, discreet and offering a real human connection with an engaged staff in every service I really appreciated the gastronomy of the French and Morroccan restaurants I consider that's...

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!!! We booked this hotel through Avios and every promotional picture made us want to choose this hotel ... we were however very dissapointed to find this hotel very run down, fountains empty of water, lawn up to our knees, dirty & grubby sun loungers, the bathrooms were falling apart, old, hard towels a dribble...

I just spent 5 days at the Jardin d'Ines and had avery pleasant vacation despite some lack in service. The fuuny thing is that I only apreciated the Ines when i moved to another Hotel in the Palmeraie. So all of my complaints looked silly because Ines was 100 times better in accomodation, service, food landscaping and price. The pool...

I have never seen or experienced in my whole traveler experience a 5 star hotel with a phone number that doesn't work, a staff that never replies to your email and an ignorant/arrogant manager. Can you believe that I tried to reach out to managers of this hotel through linkedin because I was hopeless for someone to answer my request....

Very disappointing hotel for something that looks lovely from the outside. We arrived to find the restaurant was closed for refurbishment and all they could offer was room service. This was very poor. Despite contacting the hotel on numerous occasions before arrival to check if they could provide alternative to cows milk and a wheat free option we were ignored....

This is a beautiful resort with nice pool. However service is extremely disappointing: everything seems to be centered around making it easy for The Staff instead of their clients. They don't want you to have breakfast outside, though it was sunny and 28 degrees. Furthermore be prepared during weekend that many locals come for the day and The pool is...

SUCH a shame, great potential if you change all the management. Lots of "men in black" style managers walking around in their suits & sunglasses, but what do they do ? We have stayed in the Medina before in a Riad but as this was our family Easter Holiday with young children for 9 days the area suited us well...

Beautiful relaxing gardens and pool area. But the building work beside the pool and the poor service spoil it. The staff try hard but are poorly trained and despite several managers running around giving orders, there is no one in charge. It is the most poorly managed place I have ever stayed in. Haphazard and chaotic breakfast service. Restaurant open...

We arrived at the hotel, and realised that we would end up spending a lot of money on taxis as the hotel is located outside the Medina in The Palmaerie; great for quiet and peace of mind, not so great when you want to get about quickly! The hotel seemed deserted as we made our way in, the receptionist was...
