My boyfriend and I visited Riad Sable Chaud when we were in Marrakech. Francesca and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a fantastic stay. Francesca sat with us with maps and told us how to get to where we wanted to go (very necessary, otherwise we would've been lost forever!) They took care of...

This was a most amazing week spent in Marrakech. Nothing was too much trouble for Francesca, the Riad owner. She took us for a walk on our arrival and pointed out local landmarks so we didn't get lost in the hustle and bustle of the souks. She went out shopping to prepare us a meal because we were too tired...

We mastered the labyrinthine streets to this superb riad in no time with an initial help from our lovely host, the gracious Francesca. It is a lovely oasis in the middle of the souk. Great experience and close to all the sites you would wish to see in the souk. Francesca and her staff Mohammed, Fatima and Salema were exceptionally...

Francesca (the owner) is a great host and will make sure that your stay in Marrakesch will be unforgettable. The Riad is located in a residential area with authentic Maroccan life around so you would avoid the usual touristy area. Dinner on the rooftop is highly recommended if you don't feel like going out after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast...

We spent a great week here - this is a home-from-home location where nothing is too much trouble. Francesca is the most gracious of hosts, along with her staff, all of whom were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. This is a little oasis of calm in a bustling city - when we next return to Marrakech we will definitely return...

What can we say about this riad, simply put, it is a very beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina. Our host Francesca was very welcoming from day one and the staff were brilliant (Mohammed, shout out to you my friend). Our stay started off with a traditional Moroccan mint tea, which we loved, yum. Breakfast was tailored to...

We stayed in Marrakech for 6 days and dont think we could have chosen a more beautiful and welcoming place to stay. The Riad is right in the heart of Marrakech no more than a 15 minute walk from the souks and 5 minutes away from the 'new' Marrakech outside of the old city walls. You will walk through a...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week, we where really well looked after by all staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everyone had some really good advice on where to go and Francesca really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable within the city, she took us out for a...

“The riad was a different world and allowed us to absorb some of the local culture and food, much better than any 5 star all inclusive resort that hides you from the harsh realitys and types of people in morocco. Per book a taxi otherwise you will be hassled from the word go. When you barter, only ever pay what you think it's actually worth...bartering is part of the culture and they start high Only drink water from sealed bottles! Be weary of the food in the markets!”
