This was such a quiet and tranquil escape from the city. I loved Marrakech! But it was overwhelming at times. It was just so different from any place I've ever been. But this Riad was like a sanctuary at the end of the day. It was tucked away, but still in the center of it all. The hosts/hostesses here were...

The few days stayed at Riad Abaka was fantastic back home the balance posted + 3kg! Between hearty breakfast couscous and tajine of the best cooker: Sherazad J This riad is really quiet and at night we climbed to the terrace and were chilling softness of Marrakech between a tea and a shisha. The team was very attentive to us...

We were a couple and a 10 month old baby staying in this amazing riad in april. From the beginning to the end, this was a great stay! You enter the room, and it is crispy clean, decorated with modern Moroccan decor, and rose petals on the bed and floor, wow.. Staff were so friendly and accomodating, everything I asked...

I was very skeptical of the whole concept of staying in a Riad, but this place surely changed my perception. Like all other Riads this is located in one of the inner lane which is impossible to find the first time, however after a few times we comfortably found our way to the square and the main road (both 5...

If any of you who have travelled to north/north west Africa are reading this then we'll you know the stark difference there is between Arab states and the west. It is an assault on the senses. The colours, smells the ambiance. This country is a patchwork quilt of sense overload that grabs you by the nostrils and slaps you about...

We stayed here for 3 nights. First we got suite 6, but changed to number 5 because we liked the style there. It's cozy and the round lamp is beautiful. The staff at the riad is also very helpful. First we were a bit worried after reading the other reviews about this riad when it came to the languagebarrier, but...

I stayed in Riad Abaka with 13 friends from across 3 continents, all traveling to Marrakech to celebrate a milestone birthday of a friend. Taking pride in my sense of direction, the location is perfect for access to the main road for taxis and is moments away from the Jemaa-el-Fna square and the souks. Breakfast on the roof was always...

I spent three nights at this peaceful and nice Riad. It is a short walk to the main plaza in Marrakech. The hosts (Laurent and Sarah) were excellent ones at all times. The staff (Mouna and Scheherazade) were very helpful and gracious. I was able to communicate with the staff using my "rusty" knowledge of French. I dined at the...

The Riad was a wonderful oasis from the excitement of Marrakech and the staff were warm welcoming and helpful at all times. I would recommend getting an airport transfer as it would have been difficult to find without one but the location was great once you knew where you were!
