My wife and I booked through Wowcher so didn't have a choice of places to stay which was convenient because we could not have chosen somewhere more perfect. 20 minutes from the Old town and 35 from the airport. The staff at Las Palmeras could not have been more friendly and welcoming. It was peaceful and beautiful. One suggestion worth...

Have just returned from a four night stay at las palmeras and only have positive things to say about the hotel and staff. Only stayed bed and breakfast and paid for a few additional lunches but the food was good. Staff were great and very friendly. Even got offered the room next door for free as there had been a...

Martines(manager)place is a peaceful resort, 15-20min out of the medina by car. We bought a trip for 12 days and used it as a base for the stay, a decition I didn't regret as beeing a first time visitor to Marrakech with both children and scandinavian origin(we're not used to a lot of noise/people/traffic). This allowed us to wear of...

Firstly I would like to start with the fact that Las Palmeras is indeed NOT a 5 star hotel, but a b 'n' b. Upon our arrival at the guesthouse we were greeted by what seemed to be a perfectly random person as none of the staff have any form of uniform to distinguish them (the two waiter's/receptionists/concierge were dressed...

I would have too a lot of things to say about these customers So I want just answer that they had booked for a superior room and Alhambar is a superior room with twin beds, I know that there was a problem with the room, I see myself and my housekeeping change sheets and clean again the bathroom, I offer...

The hotel could be fantastic if the place was well kept and looked after, the rooms were standard and the showers were awful! Trying to find someone to ask for a drink was impossible. Service at the hotel was awful/complete lack of customer service Ripped off is an understatement. Won't be returning!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Las Palmeras. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning . The staff made my stay very comfortable, with some friendly service.and fantastic food. Whilst about a twenty minute taxi ride from the centre, the hotel is an oasis within the desert. Martine,Mustaffa and Karim could not of been more attentive...

I would very much recommend this hotel for a short break if you a looking to do little more than relax by the pool and take in the scenery. However, if you would like to get a true view of Marrakech and all it has to offer then I would suggest looking for somewhere closer. We arrived on 24 October...

We stayed here in October 2011, we originally booked a traditional room but was quite disappointed with that but we got an up grade for a charge and it made it an amazing holiday..if your looking for peace and quiet this is the place, we really enjoyed walking around the little village and was an eye opener seeing how they...

Beautiful villa, far from the centre, taxis bit expensive, they take advantage and overcharge tourist, showers they should provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotions etc, television very old. The hotel is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing, decoration spectacular.

We have just returned from a week staying at this hotel - it is beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Some evenings we ate in the hotel, other evenings we took a taxi to the centre. I was concerned as I had read reviewers that the food at the hotel was expensive. However, I did...
