After much research my cousin and I booked this riad in Marrakech. We could not have been more satisfied. First, both Mustapha and Amine (the two men who help run the riad) were extremely helpful and responsive via email when I contacted them via email before arriving in Marrakech. The riad also provides transportation to / from the airport which...

I enjoyed staying here. It was such a central location close to the main square & close to restaurants we tried at night. I found it a haven after being out and about. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. The breakfast up on the roof top got us going for the day. The staff were always helpful. Use...

Great location, only 2 minute walk to main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa). Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast served on rooftop: bread, jam, cheese, fresh fruit and crepes. Pick-up service from and to airport. We had a great stay.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, and clean with a beautiful terrace. The staff there are extremely friendly and willing to provide some good suggestions on where to go in Marrakech. The manager/owner also woke up extra early one morning (we were checking out at 7am for our trip to the desert) to make us breakfast and send us on our...

I have been traveling for volunteer work throughout Morocco for a month now. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, breakfast, air conditioning, beautiful private bathroom and shower all hard to come by in Marrakech. They even took me around so I knew the area and how to get back to the room since I was...

Came here with husband and mum and stayed 3 nights. Thanks trip advisor for another fabulous recommendation - Hotel du Tresor was the perfect place to stay at a very decent price. Pretty quiet whilst we were there - so immediately upgraded - result! Hubby and I were able to chose our room and we chose a delightful room with...

Welcoming staff, lovely breakfast on the rooftop. An interesting mix of rooms. 9 of us stayed for several nights and enjoyed gathering on the rooftop. We were escorted daily both to and from our transportation and were greeted exuberantly at all times. Very welcoming.

We stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is located close to the main medina, so is an ideal place to stay if you're hoping to spend your time visiting the local souks. We stayed in the twin room which was comfortable and clean, although a little damp. The staff were absolutely lovely, and very friendly....

A few minutes' walk from Place Jemaa el Fna, Hotel du Tresor offers a delightful and relaxing respite from the streets of Marrakech. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, is particularly good : spacious, good seating, great views of the city and mountains, and overlooking the courtyard's orange tree. Each bedroom features different objets d'art and artisanal elements. Breakfast...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A charming little hotel open since the 50s, just a few minutes away from Place Jemaa El Fna. This peaceful riad has been transformed by its Italian owner, its traditional style restored and enhanced by a keen selection of various objects originating most often from other historical hotels of the town. Respect for the old with a sense of the new. ... more   less
