We were visiting Meknes for the day and stopped here for a quick lunch. Its located close to all the sights, and the signs helped to find it. The hostess only spoke French or Arabic and we only spoke English - but that did not stop us from having an amazing Vegetarian Moroccan traditional lunch. The food was home cooked...

Beautiful riad but poor hospitality! They don't speak either english or french..Also when we arrive, they kept us waiting for long time outside beacause no one was there! Other than that the riad is located in a convenient location close to the old medina as well as more touristic sights!

This beautiful, traditionally decorated, hotel is arranged on five floors with several small flowery courtyards and many pretty communal areas, which, like the bedrooms, show off hundreds of pieces of artwork. You may need a guide on your first visit to find the place up many winding alleyways. It's about a fifteen minute walk from the central area of the...

Have just had such a bad experience at this riad for dinner. My wife and I went just for dinner and ordered from the set menu - one meat tagine and one vegetarian. We were the only guests. The vegetarian one came with pieces of chicken and lamb in it. When we told the waiter he whisked it away and...

The location is great, if you want to stay in the medina, the price is acceptable, it's clean, it looks nice, it's quite, you get a nice breakfast in the morning and the restaurant is probably the best in Meknes. I really did like my stay here. I loved the look of the place. The owner wasn't mean to mean,...

We stayed here one night and splashed out a little on this occasion. The room was worth it, it was beautifully decorated in a traditional style and clean, the attention to detail was superb. The bed was low and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom spacious. The setting was nice, with quirky collections decorating the hotel and everything in a beautiful...

however, during winter time, I would not recommend this Riad. During our stay it was freezing cold inside the room (despite the air conditioning system running on 30°C) and outside. On the other hand, should you be around during high season, I reckon the whole place works like a real retreat. There is a little pool on the first floor...

We stayed here for 3 nights and really loved the place - although aging it had great ambiance and character. The garden area where we had breakfast and dinner was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the two dinners we ate there were very nice. We had a spacious room on the second floor...

The rooms are spacious, old furniture but in good state. Miriam who works there is the key for the success of this riad, she does everything; checking you in, opens the door and serves breakfast. I think without this lady, this road will not continue. The breakfast was really good and the pancakes were so tasty. The wifi worked in...

..a and then there was the hotel. We visited in December - it was cold and damp. To be fair after we complained the owner changed and upgraded our room. But there's only so much you can do with a hotel that is in need of maintenance. The location is good, but if I had it to do over, would...
