We stayed here one night as part of a group. The lobby is nice and the view from the bar, overlooking the Corniche, is spectacular. Now, for what matters: The dining room feels like a high school cafeteria. All the food was lukewarm at best. The breakfast offered cold crêpes, uncooked scrambled eggs, dry pastries. Great location right on the promenade with view to the sea. Clean rooms with best bathrooms we experienced in Morocco. Enjoyed nice dinner and breakfast in the dinning room. The only negative point is that the fitness club of the hotel closes at 10PM.

Breakfast even less then three stars, service room just enough, frigo bar empty, kleening not at par to the cost of the stars write outside. At list six/seven better in Tanger, expecially now that Tanger it's under complete changement

I liked this hotel ... It is one of the best in the city ... After a working day you can enjoy everything inside ( excellent Hammam and spa services, nice view from the room "specially after the development in Cornish" , one of the best lounge in the city , easy parking , nice fresh food , and well...

Stayed for one week. Room and bathroom is not bad at all. Everything is working. My room was a seaview with a nice balcony (which was nice until weekend, read below to know why) Breakfast is included. Decent breakfast by US 4 stars hotel standards. Eggs, cereals, croissant, etc. my favorite is Moroccan saj bread (missamin) yummi! Spread jam or...

We (family of six) didn't originally plan on staying at the Hotel Cesar. We had booked rooms at the Grand Mogador down the beach, but when we arrived we discovered our booking had been cancelled. Later checking our email we had received an email from Booking.com just 6 HOURS before we arrived, confirm cancellation of our booking for no reason....

This is not a hotel, it's a brothel ! It's full of prostitues hired but the customers, it was impossible to sleep at night because of the parties in rooms and people running in the corridors... The staff didn't care at all even after several complaints....the whole hotel smell of cigarettes... Breakfast was horrible and most of the tables were...

This is a new hotel in a very good location across the promenade.. Very clean rooms and toilet. Toiletries smells really good. The breakfast and dinner was good. The bar at the roof top has a great view. Waitresses very friendly. Alcohol is served with free tapas... has a very good wifi connection..will definitely stay in this hotel again...

This a modern hotel in a great location across the road from the sea. We were lucky enough to have a sea view room, which gave fabulous views over the bay of Tangier.
