the ambiance is great. The staff, oh my, the girls are sweet and glorious and I mean it. They were smiley and friendly. Its quiet and the rooms are clean and quiet. I'd prefer a cuter bathroom though. The food I ate was nice.

Stuff like this happens in Africa but the main issue was that nothing was fixed...

It is an ok place with great potential, room service is a bit frustrating the orders take forever. You may need to go early if you want more variety for breakfast, they did not replenish as fast. Generally comfortable.
