We stayed 3 nights in the Serengeti Wildcamp. It was a wonderful experience, yet also perfectly comfortable. Listen to Cape Buffalo shuffle by at night, and lions growling in the distance. A hyena roamed on the edge of camp and some saw lions nearby. Beautiful Secretary Birds strolling in the morning, all a part of a genuine wildlife experience. I...

It's our first time in a tented camp and Serengeti Wildcamp didn't disappoint. It's in the middle of Serengeti so you could see wildlife in the camp and not far away from the camp. The tented camp itself is very spacious and clean. The food was very good, I couldn't forget their savory veggie soup. Lastly, Serengeti Wildcamp has an...

As a woman traveling alone in Tanzania, I spend 2 nights at the Serengeti Wildcamp and I wish I could have stayed for a third night. It is a great safari experience : the camp is located right in the National park, it is surrounded by herds of Grant's gazelles, while elephants, blesbok and hyenas were just a bit further...

Sounded spectacular but we were prepared for basic accomodations: a tent camp with in the middle of the bush, with animals walking close to the tents at night. But we were positively surprised. Food was like the other hotels on the tour. Loging was more basic with shower from tank at each tent and only in evenings. Electricity unreliable. But...

Wonderful place. We had hyenas, buffalo, jackals and porcupines in the night. A small pride of lions just around the corner. A true safari experience. (Not for the easily scared, some of my travel companions were a bit unnerved by all the mysterious noises. I personally think it can't get much better!) Nice and clean tents, friendly staff, decent food....

The friendliest staff and such a memorable experience. We had buffalo and hyena walking past our tents at night ( slightly scary but exciting!) and could watch Impala and families of monkeys from the restaurant. It was so cosy though we missed out on the campfire experience due to unusual torrential rains in August! It was a good base as...

We arrived at the camp in the night and couldn't see anything, but in the morning did we have a nice view and saw a lot of animals not far away. My wife who never had slept in a tent loved them and thought that all tents should look like these. They were big and clean. At nights did we...

Love this tented campsite! The location guarantees you excellent views of the vast Serengeti wilderness as well as abundant wildlife right through camp. Buffaloes, Ungulates and a resident hyena are the mainstays, but lions are never very far away. Nights are spent around a bonfire, listening to the sounds of predators and prey. Warm, comfy beds and toilet/shower inside the...
