This is a tented camp which moves to follow the great migration. On our visit it was located near the Mara River in the far north of the park well away from the more crowded parts of the Serengeti. It was just about to move south and we indeed were the final clients. As we left the camp was struck...

We were met at the Kogatende Air Strip in Serengati National Park by our guide Sammy. We immediately started a game drive. We slowly made our way to the Mara river. As we approached the river, we could see the massive number of Wildebeest congregating on the other side of the river. There were many land cruisers waiting to see...

It is the camp you have to choose to close your safari vacation. You are in the wild and it is very close to the wildlife. This nomad camp offers a superb experience and the staff is fully devoted to your well-being. The best food we had of the 4 lodges we did! Sami, our guide, did a fantastic job and...

Four of us spent three nights and four days in the Nomad Serengeti Mobile Camp in September 2016, just south of the Mara River in northern Tanzania. Until the last day, we were the only guests in camp, and the staff took incredibly good care of us - excellent meals, fun lodging in well-appointed tents, and safari bucket showers (Fun...

Serengeti Safari Camp (Nomad TZ operated) is a mobile-style camp designed to relocate every 3-4 months so it’s a little less dressy than the permanent camps, typically called “lodges” by the operators. Nevertheless, we found this camp to be much more than adequate. Location was great—saw a rhino walk by within 150 yards of the dinning tent during lunch and...

After initial disappointment that we were staying in the central camp rather than the northern camp (to see the migration), the camp itself was excellent. Very clean, great food, attentive staff. This was my first stay in a Safari camp in Africa and I was a little amazed by just how luxurious it was - bucket showers and all! A...

Serengeti Safari camp is a tent camp. Don't go expecting a lodge with running water. The tents are amazing clean and modern. High quality. Of course screened in, but with easily closed flaps. They move the camp four times a year to follow the migration. Unlike the other safari camps the floor does not have a deck beneath it (it...

Phenomenal four days in the Serengeti. Bit of a mission to get there (and we found a bit stressful as this was our first holiday if this kind) but well worth it. You get picked up having landed in a small plane at the Serengeti airstrip and the it's an hour's drive in a Land cruiser to the camp. Even...

Exceeded our expectations. Remember that you are at a movable safari camp that follows the annual migration of the Wilderbeast. It is not a 5 star city hotel, however the tents were amazing with esuite. The bedding and attention to detail gave a true safari feel with a touch of luxury. The camp staff were terrific and pampered us during...
