Hotel is in dire need of investment. Room, towels and bed linen were dirty. Breakfast had very little food left when I went (1 hour before breakfast ended) and of the food that was left it was pretty horrible, as was the food I had at the restaurant for lunch. Do not bother going to this hotel, there will be...

I was glad to get a night in a comfortable hotel after camping for a couple of weeks. Excellent location. In general the staff could do with a little motivation, often requiring several prompts. It took 24 hours to clean up some broken glass in the hallway. The bar staff were good however. Everything was a little run down but...

Stayed at the hotel during Christmas peak period. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment and one wing was closed. The room was not too bad but the bathroom was a bit rundown and in need of modernisation. Lots of mosquitoes in the room but the mosquito net did a good job throughout the night. Air conditioning worked well and so...

The hotel has everything you need. The rooms aren't big but clean.(what I think is the most important thing) . The hotel should get renovated but because you're hardly in the hotel that's no a big thing. I wouldn't go to the restaurant, the food isn't really good. (go to "three monkeys" the food there is absolutly delicious or do...

After our stay in the Rainbow Hotel, we wanted to leave some of our clothes and shoes. As we only had a few hours left in the city, we asked the hotel staff if they would take our donations to give it to local people in need, which they confirmed. After a short visit to the market which made us...

We stayed at the Rainbow hotel in early December. When checking in my partner and I were given a twin bed room, as reception told us that they didn't realise we were a couple. I found it odd that I would need to tell them that. Normally you would request twin beds, not the other way around. Reception told us...

Very basic and run down three-star hotel, very close to the center of town. Free wifi. Room with a double bed and bunk beds. Mosquitoes in the room because of a gap in the bathroom window. Mosquito net over the double bed but not over the bunk beds! Somewhat shabby, dirty, rusty, slightly in disrepair, we had to ask for...

Firstly, we attempted to check in at 12:00pm but were told straight away that our rooms were not ready at that time, even though the check out time for guests that may have stayed in our room prior is 10am. Everyone behind reception was very unorganised and rude which added to our frustration. We waited for almost 3 hours to...

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The whole complex was impressive for a mid-range priced hotel. Our room was very good, as was the bathroom. The room had air conditioning which is very important. Bed was king size very comfortable with a full sized mosquito net. Bath towels were thick and plentiful. Free wi-fi was good. We loved the...
