We went there as part of the Dreamtrips club travel. The place is closer to both Victoria Falls Airport and Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport (formerly Livingstone Airport). Staff service is amazing. The rooms are perfect and every night they ensure mosquito wont bite you. When you arrive you will get a bottle of wine. Every night you get a...

This hotel is very far away from the town so you have to eat and drink there. There is a shuttle to town but we did not use it. The hotel is being offered as 4 star but it is maybe a 3 start. The rooms are clean but worn down. The service is average. But the worst part is...

You cannot fault this lodge. Rooms are average size, modern, clean. Hotel and F & B staff are friendly and helpful and speak good english. Manage to see warthog, hippo, monkeys and mangoose on the lodge grounds. I had a medical issue while I was staying there, reception was so kind to point to me in the right direction. Telling...

We spent two nights here while exploring Victoria Falls. The grounds are lovely --and full of wild things --like Warthogs, hippos, etc. Staff were very very accommodating --and hard working. Food was very good and reasonably priced considering they have a "captive audience" . Lovely location along the Zambezi --like a park. Monkeys in the trees. One evening a huge...

I must say my lodge stay was awesome at this lodge. The place is beautiful, right on the Zambezi River with amazing views. A bit expensive, but well worth it. Best part though was the service. All the staff was on point. Not one issue. Definitely comes highly recommended👍🏽

This hotel has the most loving staff I have ever dealt with! I got sick from eating at another place and they were there at three in the morning with extra linens. The air conditioner was leaking and they fixed it within 20 minutes. The desk had friendly and helpful staff! I was feeding wild monkeys ( my mistake) and...

We spent a single night at the conclusion of an overland tour across Botswana from Windhoek. The setting on the banks of the river is truly magical - even it is a little alarming to see the signs "beware of crocodiles" a mere 100 metres from the restaurant! The only complaint we have is that the restaurant service for a...

This Lodge exudes friendliness from gardeners, restaurant staff and administrators. It is right on the river with regular complimentary shuttle bus to town and the rainforest...ie The Falls. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable...with a wonderful deep bath to enjoy after a days activities. Excellent entertainment in the open area at dinner with traditional dancers..-all in a relaxed...

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location was stunning, right by the river (as you'd expect and a little out of town). I feel the entire experience was let down by just how much money was charged. Even in the off season, the rooms were really overpriced. The biggest let-down was the value for money on the food....
