We had to fly to Tanzania and we had a layover stay in this hotel. The staff is very very humble. The food options are limited but decent in taste. The hotel is not old but has been maintained neat and tidy.

Tolerable for a free stay but Ethiopian airlines really need to check on the places they book for layovers. I would not recommend staying here. Carpets and bathroom untidy, staff friendly. Waking up to informal settlements across the road from a "international hotel" quite scary.

I stayed at de leopol while on transit to Zimbabwe. The hotel is fairly large and it seems that it's been in existence for quite some time with the old antique look. I wanted to buy a simple card and the porter wanted to sell me one, same with the driver at 20 dollars. I landed and got into the...

Hi Got this hotel compliments of Ethiopian Airways. Not impressed at all. Piece of uncovered foam on top of the mattress. Very very noisy. Water pipes making a constant noise. Did not try the buffet dinner or breakfast. Didn't look like anything that I could eat. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed in this property for good three days...a very bitter story to tell. I was tempted by their beautiful advert at the airport on my arrival in addis: a handsome young guy welcomed us and took us to their airport shuttle finally to the hotel. Where we had a terrible nights dirty beds, poor and expensive dinner. I had...

If you do not want to ruin your stay in Addis Ababa, please do not ever stay in this "hotel". Poor food, poor service, unstable wifi, even no trash bin in the room. There was only one electric connector - so I want to watch TV, fridge has to be plugged off. And you have to pay almost USD 100...

As many already wrote before our stay was also organized as a Transit Hotel by Ethiopean Airways. The transport to the hotel went well in a shuttle. It was interesting to see a bit of town. The surroundings of the Hotel didn't look trustworthy, i was glad that all transport was organized and we didn't need to worry. The room...

I slept 2 nights in this hotel, in different weeks, because I had a long layover in Addis Ababa. When I asked for the wifi password, the front desk lady said "first go have your dinner, than I give you the password". I was like "what?" Anyway, I did what she told me. Cold dinner, and the food was not...
