Excellent value for money, good clean rooms and friendly attentive staff. The location albeit a bit far out of the city is central and close to access roads. Our complete experience was only pleasant.

nice building and the venue is easy for find. Staff at the reception were not ready to received guest information was not easy available, had to wait for breakfast though we requested a specific time. The rooms are clean and serviced though the bed was not comfortable at all.

Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Major challenge was with internet connectivity which was poor. I enjoyed the self-catering facilities which were well designed and well thought through.

Phomolo is a clean place outside Maseru. When we arrived, there was a mix up with out booking which was later resolved. It is a clean place albeit in a noisy area. I think it must be made clear to guest that they are likely to share the flat with other guests. As this was a shock to us especially...

Great customer service and rooms. And just the perfect distance away from town which meant tranquility from all the bustle and noise of the city... A must for any traveller who isn't for the city but still wants to be close by... Would recommend this to just about anyone and families too...

We stayed in their self catering unit for 3 days in April 2015. As an assessor with the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa, this property would probably meet 3 star grading status. Excellent complimentary wifi, location, security and service. On the negative side, regular maintenence are required to ensure a more pleasant status. Main TV was not working, neither...

Located along the road that leads from Mafeteng to Maseru, this is an excellent facility. The signage/directions need to be improved. The rooms were modern and well kept. This is a home away from home.
