I haven't stayed in a worse hotel. The service was not very good. The rooms were old and shabby with cracked walls. Bathroom was gloomy with 2 light bulbs....The air conditioner was very small for the size of the room and not working. The linen was very old. Breakfast area was very dirty.. I couldn't stay more than one day... More

The hotel have numerous spaces for different group sizes, this is convenient if a large group plans small group sessions. Management was very reaponsive to last minute requests. It's not their fault as the construction was shoddy that infrastructure is is need of numerous repairs. Food was very good.

A very shabby looking building in the centre of the city. The infrastructure is not at all good and looks like an old hotel. The rooms are quite quirky and at night look deserted. If you are an Indian then you might get some good options to eat, else there's nothing much in this hotel to attract you. Moreover there's... More

Stayed at this hotel about two years ago and while it was not brand spanking new or fancy then, it was tolerable. Arrived here this time and was greeted by two cockroaches at the reception desk. Given that the reception is right next to the restaurant, this does not bode well. The receptionist was rude and the bellboys are adolescents... More

Room and especially the sheets and pillowcases were stained and rough. Towels grey and hard and a different number each day, anything from 1 - 3. Staff pleasant on the... More

Not a glitzy expense account place, yet this hotel is often used for smallish NGO conferences and the like. It's a couple miles out of town but everything you need is at hand. Local civil society types probably also know about the great Indian food in the hotel restaurant, the cleanliness of the public areas and unfailingly courteous helpful staff,... More

I stayed here for 3 nights for a work conference that was held in a much more expensive hotel down the road. I chose the Pacific because it was affordable but I regret that decision. I should have known by the empty parking lot that this was not a winner. Positives: - comfortable bed/ linens - great shower/ water pressure... More
