days back to back meetings with more than 100 participants of the Sahel region Rooms are in excellent conditions both conference rooms and bed rooms. Location is very suitable location, right down town Bamako. Walking distance to main economic centers of the city. Very dedicated staff, excellent lodging condition, a suitable place for meetings and holidays that I strongly recommend.

I certainly can't recommend this hotel. I contacted the hotel on numerous occasions for an airport pick up but had to response. But to my surprise they were there even no I needed somebody (who then wanted money) to show where the car was hiding in he car park. When arriving at the hotel at 21.30, (obviously the hotel knew...

I 6 days at the Azalai grand hotel and found it clean and pleasant. The room was specious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety. I loved the fresh paw paw and pineapple cuts. The food at the restaurant is also great. The reception staff are very helpful.

everything was fine, maybe one small item, internet sucks. The prices for the mini bar are high. breakfast is 8000 Cfa but worth it. V The reception is very friendly. if you need massage, there are flyers belonging to a Russian lady.

well all the services offered in the hotel were good but this areas need improvement, mosquitoes should not be allowed into the rooms and anything offered for sale should not be in the room but customers should be aware of such services in written and on request. The staff and reception were all nice and keep it up

“Since I am not sure whether this place is also Azalai Grand or now has a separate name, it is quite important to figure that out upon booking. The main building is definitely more comfortable (but I assume also more expensive). If you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the room, go for the cheaper rooms and enjoy the services next door (restaurant etc).”
