Quite conveniently situated +- 50km outside Maputo, the location should be ideal for an overnight stop, but unfortunately I would not recommend this lodge. The rooms very neat, but very dirty and smelled of smoke, the beds were very uncomfortable (mattress on concrete) and the rooms don't even have an electric point to charge a phone. The food was nice,...

Casa Lisa is a nice and basic place for camping or to stay in a small lodge. We have been camping and cooking by our own. Toilet/shower building is also basic but ok. A small swimming pool is available and nice to relax after a day of traveling.

Great place to have a stopover outside of Maputo. Bruce and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are basic but very nice and spacious, the hot shower was also great. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Very nice place to stay, good friendly staff and good food. The only electricity you get is from a generator which is only powered for a few hours a day and depending on what type of accommodation you choose, there may not be plug points. I still enjoyed the place as a stop over for transiting up the coast.

Stayed here for a night on our way back to Joburg. The food is not bad however the lack of electricity at night is pretty annoying. The ants in my bed were just as bad. We were leaving at 6am so had to be up at 5am and trying to pack and get ready without electricity is not on. The...

How great full where where to have Casa Lisa as our first stop in Mozambique, as our car was giving us problems, which we were able to sort out in Maputo the following day. Although the camp site or chalets weren't full, we still had great service from Bruce and his staff. Food was great and much needed after our...

Our group of six friends made an unplanned stop to camp at Casa Lisa on our way North from Maputo. Bruce and his team are very friendly and we were grateful for a pleasant bar and a good meal. Casa Lisa is really handy for the main road, is friendly and feels safe and secure. Well worth seeking out if...

We camped at Casa Lisa as we were driving North from Maputo. It was easily accessible from the main road, with a little snack bar by the entrance. Bruce, the owner, is a lovely gentleman who provides an excellent service to his guests. We paid just 100MTS per person to camp. The food is simple but tasty, and all we...

We spent one night camping at Casa Lisa. It cost 300 mzn per person per night to camp. There was an ablution block with hot and cold water, and the campsites are on grassed areas. There are no power points but if you ask Bruce nicely he will let you charge something in the bar. They do serve food, but...
