It is conveniently located with modest prices. It offers internet facility at nominal cost which is ok as you only pay if u use. The balcony on 1st floor offers a view of the city on move while u saviour coffee etc

Like everyone else says, don't stay here by choice. I had to go at short notice and naturally the other hotels were booked solid. This place is about the same level as a decent back pakkers place in Thailand. The rooms are extremely old and tatty, and aside a bed and two broken lamps, the room was empty. There was...

Do not stay here! If you can possibly avoid this hotel, do, it is simply awful. I hardly know where to start. The hotel smells, in public areas and in the bedrooms. The rooms themselves are small, dingy, dirty, and ugly. My bed felt like it was made of pebbles, my toilet seat was cracked, my windows were filthy. I...

I admit I went to this hotel because I had problem with my flight so I didn't pay (thanks to Air Mozambique). But so that others know it is fairly low standard - the room was clean but musty smelling, the beds small but comfortable but there was no hot water and they had to send a technician to tune...

If you do, you will like this place. No toiletries. No washcloths. Musty. Did I mention the construction noise? This had been recommended as a normal business hotel. It is not. It is more like camping out. I will be checking out.

This hotel in Maputo is highly overpriced. Much better options in Maputo. This hotel is dodgy, not clean, and almost everything in the room is not working. Please shop around and find a better deal! Even the staff is not trained!

Even by the African standards this property is not worth spending your money unless you are very desperate and don’t find bookings in any other hotels in Maputo. Bad quality rooms, very poor room service, no same day laundry service(not even a provision for iron in the rooms), very light spread of menu in restaurant and on top of it...

Hotel Turismo is located in the Maputo's downtown, this is the historical area however not the area with the best restaurants and bars. At a little over $100 a room a night it's quite cheap for Maputo's standards. It has twin, double, or single rooms but there is no way to add a third bed so if you are three...

Not as bad as we expected from reading other reviews but nothing special. Be clear that 1) parking is an issue - there is no secure parking and you will need to continuously pay the security guards to watch your car 2) there is wifi - it costs, rarely is operational and when it is you have to sit in...

“Ask for a room at the streetside, as otherwise you will be facing a lot of concrete”

“Do not choose a room on the 10th floor. There is a fault with one of the (two) lifts and it does not accept the 10th floor. Also, the lifts are very slow and whilst certified for 8 persons, are restricted to 4 persons. The breakfast is adequate but basic, drinks are very expensive with a small bottle of local beer costing $5.00.”
