Our first tile experience outside South Africa with the children was fantastic. Villa das Mangas was an absolute best. Its a beautiful gem in a busy city. The family room was well structured and was noise proof. The bathroom was abit small for family room but it was manageable. The hotel was wheelchair friendly which was also great. The pool...

The bedroom itself is not bad. The room is large, I have a nice view of the swimming pool, Internet and air conditioning work. But the shower is that kind of hanging handset with water temperature varying all the time. The drains are partially clogged. The toiletries are basic. Breakfast is included but very simple. Well, not bad though. OK...

Arrived around 17:00 only to find room is not ready and someone had a party in it previous night. Absolutely disgusting. We were traveling with small kids and couldn't take any chances in a city we don't know our way around, so we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Very poorly though. Room was stuffy and moist as...

This was the 3ed hotel we tried to stay at as the images looked great. The bedroom is nice, the pool is great but the service is terrible and the food is not great. The staff do not understand any English language. I would rate this 5 out of 10 for cleaning.

Miguel the owner is very accommodating and a delightful host. There was a large group of us staying there. Would recommend that you try their baked bread and cakes, very delicious. Breakfast options are ok. We stayed in one of bangalows which was clean and ok. The place has a great ambience and the owner is great. It may not...

The owners of this lovely hotel really made me and my family and friends feel at home. They went out of their way to accommodate our large number (20). A great bar! Great bakery! On the downside was my very small single room, but I was only sleeping in the hotel so it didn't matter.

Relatively affordable by Maputo standards with good breakfast. Excellent ambience with a clean pool. The room is basic but the people are helpful and friendly which for me overrides everything else. Has a good restaurant where you must try the beef steak: Tornedo c/ Queijo which was delightful! Had it twice and did not disappoint. Only downside is the wifi...

I arrived at the hotel on the 2nd September 2016 in the afternoon. The parking is a one way tight squeeze to the back of the hotel where they can only fit about three or four cars Max. the room was nothing like what was advertised. the bath tub was cracked and I had to do more than three trips...

Not a great impression for us. Our airport transfer never arrived, airport staff had difficulty understanding us and getting to the hotel extremely difficult and tiring. The hotel had forgotten to advise the driver. When we arrived we were advised by reception we would not have to pay for the taxi from the airport. When we left the hotel at...
