This is an ideal place to stay in Windhoek. Close to everything and very good management and staff. Best of all is access to the kitchen (coffee/tea/cookies) 24/7. The rooms are great and service excellent

We were rather disappointed by our stay at Villa Violet. The room and the bathroom are clean but on the small side, with dull and worn out furniture. No mini bar and water cattle available. In the bathroom there is no place where to put your toiletry. The A/C heating is noisy therefore of no use when sleeping. The result...

Dear OnTheRoad150301 Yesterday my daughter came and jumped in the bed giggling and full of joy. Father’s day has always held a special place in my heart... The day started very well until I had to read your comment…let me explain. Attitude, makes a huge difference, the negative attitude also has some influence. A person becomes bitter, resentful and a...

As a place to stay that affords just about everything - simply superb. The rooms spotless and tasteful. The bathroom was excellent, breakfast top class and Ben and Heidi could not be friendlier or more helpful. If you want advice they are willing to impart it and make suggestions for you. It is blissfully quiet and yet very accessible to...

We stayed at Villa Violet three separate times over about three weeks - before and after our tour of the country and for one night in between (5 nights in total). We stayed in rooms 2 and 6 (which is a family-sized room and has an extra single bed) and overall our stay was wonderful. Heidi and Ben were very...

We found Villa Violet a friendly, welcoming place. Heidi and Georgina were great. They served up a delicious breakfast with 'smiley' eggs and bacon and home made bread and muesli. They recommended a restaurant for dinner and found us taxi drivers.
