My husband, friend and myself stayed for one night at Pension Moni before embarking upon our trip to Etosha. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable, if rather strangely decorated! A very decent breakfast was served by friendly staff. The guesthouse is very conveniently situated close to Maerua Mall where we enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Peppercorn Grill... More

This hotel is a safe, secure, and spotless choice not far from Windhoek's CBD. Its accommodation is basic and simple but it makes the grade as a good three star choice for travellers. The hotel has a small pool set in a grassed court yard, which is need on the really hot day. Breakfast is simple and more than adequate.... More

This was my fifth stay at Pension Moni at the beginning and end of my trip through Namibia. Why do I come here again and again? Of course there are much stylisher accommodations in Windhoek but I very much enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere and the very helpful staff. Independence Avenue and Maerua Mall are close by, the Heinitzburg... More

We spent our first night in Namibia at Pension Moni, and it proved to be a great starting point for our trip. The rooms are basic, but well appointed, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely, welcoming, courtyard with a pool where other guests were enjoying their dinner. The hotel is centrally located in Windhoek, close to the grocery store... More

My daughter and I stayed in Hotel Pension Moni for four nights in August 2013. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. More important the staff was very friendly and helpful. Added to that, the manager has a very friendly dog and cat. The dog is always ready to chase a ball or twig and... More

We stayed here before and after our trip around Namibia ( July 2013). Lovely place, nice staff, good breakfast, basic but clean rooms. A little bit out of town, but we had not problem booking a cab in the night and walking during the day. Me and my sister recommend this pension to all travellers

Clean, basic rooms with a nice garden area and small pool. As previous reviewers have said it is in an area with some offices and not really an area where a tourist would want to venture out at night without driving. Only thing to be aware of is that they DO NOT HAVE A/C. It was about 90 degrees in... More

We stayed twice in Moni. The rooms are simple, but clean and convenient. The staff was nice and we were allowed to stay in the pool area after check out. It's a bit out of the way of town, so it's recommended to take a cab at night, during the day it's fine to walk.Shopping center and a Spar is... More

Stayed here before and after our Namibia self drive holiday. The hotel is located amongst business premises at the end of a cul-de-sac, and opposite a building site (October 2012). It didn't appear very inviting upon our arrival in the dark, but looked much better in the morning light, after a pleasant breakfast and a coffee by the pool. Rooms... More

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Pension Moni – before and after a trip to Sossusvlei and Sesriem. On the first night there was unfortunately no hot water for a shower in room 5, only very lukewarm water. The second night we stayed in room 3 and there was plenty of hot water for a shower....
