Hidden gem! My husband and I were wary of the low cost ($45) as our recent experiences with other motels were awful. I am glad we gave the Acova Inn a chance! The room (#10) was immaculate! It is obvious that the manager takes pride in her establishment. The room was HUGE, with two comfy queen beds, a separate kitchenette...

A decent mom and pops motel, very reasonably priced. Nice large room, good bed, good shower, flat screen, and fast wifi. Would recommend. Price was around $45, can't beat that with a stick. Friendly owner/manager.

Very helpful. She went up and beyond to make us comfortable and helped with whatever we needed.(faxing/printing) There is a great restaurant/bar,...

I love these Mom and Pop places and especially this place. I have stayed here several times now and the rooms are always clean and its very affordable. The rooms are also on par with any of the expensive places that are on the other side of the freeway. If you are on I80 exit 40 has a great place...

The manager overcharged my employee by entering 516.69 instead of 51.69. Her reply " mistakes happen" it's not her fault. No sorry nothing. Rooms definitely not worth that! Her rudeness was worse than the hassle.

My husband and I are on tour with our 3 year old and need comfort and value. This motel was next door to the Embers restaurant where we had a nice dinner and needed to break for the night. Lucky stop! Clean, friendly reception and spacious rooms. Backed the SUV up to our door at room #8 and didn't have...

We stopped in late one night and the clerk was very helpful, got us right into a room and it was a very comfortable room. It was clean very cozy, we woke on our own it was very quiet and there was breakfast conveniently located next door. We had a very pleasant stay, We will definitely stop there again.

We weren't expecting much from the looks of this place on the outside, but it was even worse on the inside: holes in the walls, stinky, dirty. I didn't sleep a wink, and we left VERY early to get out of there. Didn't even shower because I couldn't stand it.
