I spent 2 nights here because radisson and terrou bi were full. I came late and the shuttle was not at the airport waiting for us as planned. We took a taxi to the hotel. But we never get any apologies from the receptionist who doesn't seem to understand that customers pay her salary. Huge and old, humid and definitely...

Totally outdated, smelly, unhygienic, dirty and totally inadequate in everything that a hotel should be. Mouldy musky smell everywhere, carpets in dire need of some deep cleaning which they probably havent had for at least a decade. The rooms are large but watch out, light fittings might just drop down and injure you, mouldy pealing off paint from my bathroom...

This hotel is nothing but a palace. Everything is so outdated, the room is horrible with mouldy and musky smell. No tea & coffee making facilities. Very slow wifi. They charge a ridiculous amount for the breakfast & lunch buffet. The lunch is however quite nice with different seafood stations but I wouldn't pay $50 for that. The pool is...

I stayed here for 4 days for a seminar and for me the rooms are worn out. Double Bed is old and you can actually feel where people are usually sleeping. Little things in the room that don't work anymore. Every night at 4am there was a kind of fire alarm. Bathroom is tacky and had several issues. To conclude...

My company's decision to book here. Old, smelly, dingy, noisy hallways, most of all internet capabilities are non existance at best. Wasn't sure if this is a permanent or temporary contract. A complete face lift from top to bottom is desperately needed.

Absolute disaster. This Hotel is nothing but...Looks too good from our side inside things are falling apart. Rooms are smelly, the safety box didn't work in my room. Some power sockets are broken and still active and in use in that condition, if you have kids this is a major safety issue. No Tea Coffee provided in the room, this...

Had a congress, several hundred people, many meeting rooms with windows, large complex, golf in walking distance, large pool. DeLuxe rooms have a great view, excellent breakfast buffet. On the expensive side...

This hotel was built 25 years ago and was last refurbished in 2001. The location and facilities are very good but the hotel rooms need to be refurbished after 16 years. Our curtains didn't close fully, the carpet is worn, the balcony doors didn't close properly, wifi was intermittent but best close to or in the bar. The food is...

Large soulless hotel in need of upgrade. The rooms are tired and worn, the carpets stained and the bathrooms old fashioned. Had a couple of power cuts which certainly caught me out though management were totally indifferent so it's obviously quite common. Breakfast is OK with a reasonable selection, the service is terrible as is the coffee - good expresso...
