The hotel is located to the South of Central Khartoum (across the "railway divide") in a quiet side street. Central Khartoum is a 30 minute stroll away through safe and populated neighborhoods. There are plenty of shops in the area. The hotel has excellent and unusually helpful staff who go the "extra mile" to help and support you, including free...

Check on their webpage. What you see is what you get. 90USD for a massive double room ensuite, with breakfast, including transfer to airport if necessary, and transport around town. Wifi, extremely clean, amazing hospitality... We highly recommend it. Breakfast could be a bit better, and definitely their menu could be better spelled. But hey, is not appealling "tomatoes with...

PROs. Located in Khartoum2 near airport; shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Indian food just down the street, sandwich shop next door, cafe across the street. Large rooms, some with mini-kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value. CONs. WIFI was practically useless in the room - had to go and sit in the hallway under the transmitter. Restaurant...

But what makes it a treasure is the friendly and very helpful staff. Last night I was stranded by the Lufthansa strike, and although having only stayed here three days, they treated me as if family,...

I spent 4 days in this family-run hotel, after having tried a few other places in the past. The rooms are spacious (at least mine), they are clean and provided with excellent beds, whispering airco, TV, a fridge, fast wireless internet, a desk, and last but not least a bathroom with shower in order to get rid of the dust....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A New Hotel with an Eye for Comfort and Quality. Truth be told, Khartoum has so far struggled in its ability to provide sufficient hotel accommodation to visitors from abroad. In one of the most anticipated openings this year in Khartoum, the 5M Hotel is ready to meet and exceed all expectations. Rumors have been circulating about the newest entry into the local hotel market, but the results are in and the doors are open. ... more   less
