To the best of our recollection, this particular guest never had any meal at our facility. The type of dish she quotes does not cost the amount of money she mentions. It costs UGX 12,000. About the furniture, we shall try our best to get the latest of the 2000s. However, it is also good to preserve the old, as...

I stayed here for 2 nights after landing in Entebbe. The Good: -The staff who run this place really are excellent people. Extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I needed a ride into Kampala center, and the lady who runs the place did not hesitate to let me ride with her into town. Additionally, I was upgraded for free to a...

We thank the client for the comments. We have taken note of the complaint on our food prices, and we shall revise them downwards. However, it is not because of the assumption that we hold the clients at ransom. However, preparing meals for a single client and sometimes in the small hours of the night sometimes makes us put an...

We stayed in Sahel, in the upper floor big room for six weeks last Feb/ March. Nice view over the lake, a relatively quiet road is passing by, with just local traffic. Nice and quiet location. The cleaning had Ugandan standard, but the young girl responsible for everything from making the breakfast, serving it, cleaning the rooms, doing the laundry,...

We have taken note of this review, which helps us improve our service to our valued customers. We went out of our way to offer good service to these clients. First, although they had booked a double room, we upgraded them to a Deluxe room. We responded to their personal requests like what time they preferred to have their breakfast...

The rooms are massive and everything functional - a big king bed and good size bathroom. The staff here are very nice. It is a short walk downhill to the university and Ggaba town shops and the Lake. A little inconvenient for getting into Kampala downtown through the 'jam but the peace makes up for it!

Of all the places I have stayed in, I have never been taken care of as well as I was at Sahel Suites in Kampala, Uganda. I stayed there for two weeks with a friend and they were so friendly it felt like family. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, all...

This was a great little hotel located in the suburb of Bunga, close to the busy Ggaba road. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and served in your room if you like. At your request they will provide a fridge in your room.
