I've stayed in their hotel in Kigali a couple of times and enjoyed it, so when I was looking for respite from a Kampala backpackers I chose them on the basis of my Rwanda experience. And again I was satisfied. The Kampala hotel has none of the amazing views of its Kigali sister but the same great and friendly service...

I have just completed an 11 night stay here on business having stayed here previously a few months ago. First the good things. The hotel rooms are generally quite spacious, kept very clean and the beds are comfortable. Showers are good. The wifi is very good and reliable. The staff are pleasant and helpful particularly on reception. It is not...

We stayed twice, before and after gorilla trekking. It is a lovely, clean and peaceful retreat. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off or relaxing around with a cold beer or milk shake. We stayed in one of the old rooms on our first stay. It was a bit small (for a...

I have stayed at this Hotel several nights, first at the club room, and then at the doubleroom. I will give review to the different areas. 1. Restaurant For breakfast they have better selection of food then other hotels I have stayed in Kampala, but I miss some more choices of order to have on the bread, like ham and...

I have stayed now several times in the hotel. Always the stays have been pleasant. Service is nice and personalised - once you are in. Food and drinks are in order. And the breakfast has improved over the years. Yet, I regret to note that reception staff is under instruction to extract full (advance) payments from the guest, even if...

Stayed there for two days and did not know what to expect, when arriving got a little bit worried, not your typical Hotel architecture, but once in the room, very impressed with cleanness, amenities and space of the room for the price paid. The restaurant is also a hit, simple but tasty, much better than Sheraton food for example. would...

My wife and I stayed at Urban by CityBlue with our 10 month old and enjoyed our visit. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, the food good, and the rates fair. Our experience ended on a bad note as the staff forgot to charge us a dollar and change for extra chipati bread at breakfast and called our...

This hotel is a hidden gem! The area of Kampala is Nakasero Hill and it is in a residential upscale area. there are 3 buildings 2-3 stories each that enclose a courtyard. The courtyard is where the pool and open air restaurant are located.

Had a great stay at this hotel in a quiet area, next to the Norwegian Embassy. The arranged airport pick up worked fine with Godfrey! Staff was friendly. Rooms were just fine with hot shower, great aircon and wifi. The pool area is nice to use after a hot day in Kampala. Breakfast and restaurant provided both quality and service....

Really good size rooms with effective aircon, excellent wifi and large bathroom with decent shower. Good to with sports channels. Furniture plain and simple not serviceable. Comfortable bed. Freshly cooked breakfast to order. Bacon and eggs etc. Pretty good. Dining area outside next to small pool. Friendly courteous staff. I will be staying there again. Far superior to Mackinnon suites...
