One of my affairs took place in the Kampala Serena Hotel. Naturally I only have good memories because of this; but what can be said about the hotel itself? Nothing but positive words: the servants, from cleaning ladies to receptionist privates were all but glad to help me wherever and whenever I needed them. The food is great to order...

This hotel provided one of the best services to its clients. The reception staff are extremely well trained, polite and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are spacious and furnished tastefully and the bathrooms have all the ammenities that one needs. There are several restaurants in the hotel that one can choose from, the main dining...

Wow, the service at this hotel is tough to beat. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the wait staff at the restaurant. Everyone is genuinely friendly and concerned with ensuring your satisfaction, but not in an obnoxious way. The breakfast buffet at the Lake Restaurant, one of the restaurants...

Did not like the place. The hotel staff is not as good as the hotel looks from out. Did not have a good experience. Had to leave the hotel after a night. The food was good but the staff spoilt everything. The swimming pool is beautiful but food there was not up to mark. Over all poor!

Visited the hotel to eat with my husband and two young children and was very happy with the surroundings, food and staff. On both occasions our food was very nice and I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and welcoming. Hope to stay at the hotel on another occasion.
