This was my 8th visit to Kampala, but my first stay at Banda. It will certainly not be my last. The room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful deck. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to hotel provided transportation in busy Kampala made life easy. The breakfasts were a great way to start the day. Steven and Asteria...

My brother and I stayed at the Banda Inn in August 2016 for 2 weeks. I can not say enough good things about this place and the family who run it. I would love to keep it a secret so that there is always "room at the Inn" 😉 but that would not be fair. Stephen, the owner, is a...

I had a fabulous stay there! I had taken time off for myself and it was lovely. Great food, great staff members....Even the other guests ensured that they at least said hi to me. Loved the bathrooms! (Plans to get a rainforest shower at home!) LOLOL. The only problems I would have though include the tiny parking area and possibly...

I want to extend my appreciation to the owner, his staff, and Banda Inns for the excellent experience during my stay! The staff was helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and my room was clean (albeit small and simple). Overall, my experience was wonderful and I'll be sure to consider Banda Inns as a place to stay in my future travels...

I have now stayed in the Banda on two separate occasions for two months in February and March and three weeks in June. Both times I have been extremely happy with the place. The staff are all helpful and kind and the owners Steven and Astaria are very hospitable. The free laundry service is incredibly useful especially when you are...

Banda Inns is a famliy-run guest house. Astaria and Steven, along with the rest of the staff, were very friendly and patient with our group of ten students. The rooms have mosquito nets and fans. The room I stayed in had a view to the lovely garden, and it was right beside a lovely porch to sit and relax. WiFi...

Banda Inns was recommended by a friend, and it didn't disappoint. I needed a work base and bed for a few days and it fit the bill perfectly. Staff and owners are friendly, the place is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely restful garden. Breakfast is excellent. The single rate for room, laundry and wifi makes things easy and predictable.

My stay at Banda Inn was just perfect. Comfortable room, warm water, power, a good breakfast and always friendly staff. The green garden is an extra plus and the location is ideal. It's close to the main road what makes it easy for travellers without transport to get around.

A friendly, quiet and family run guest house tugged away in a nice garden, not far from the city center. Newly renovated and clean. The breafast which is very delicious, is served on the roofed-over terrace The rooms are fine, with good showers. There is laundry and taxi service available. One thing I missed: A TV in my room, which...
