We stayed at this place for 5 days in a private ensuite room which had its own cute balcony. Great location right in the middle of the shopping/bars district of Kathmandu. It's also located beside other hostels so lots of travellers about and a yoga retreat with daily classes. It had beautiful hot showers and a laundry service which we...

Stayed here one night. Water smelled like metal and shower was not hot. Initially hard to find. Relatively cheap but overall, disappointing experience -I would recommend passing on this spot and trying somewhere else.

Only one power outage! Hot water/ water at all was anyone's guess. The kitchen is not open for use as listed but there are a ton of great restaurants within walking distance. Many vegan friendly. No heat. Be prepared to do things on your own. Most staff seemed irritated when I asked questions. Even at check in. Up sides are...

Just out of the main area which was excellent as very quiet but a quick walk to the hub bub. The staff were excellent and the room was great. It's a budget hotel with a budget foyer but the rooms themselves were good and it has a fabulous rooftop overlooking Kathmandu Valley with a great breakfast. Would definitely recommend and...

I had a great time chatting with the staff. They were very insightful, helpful, and accommodating. It is a budget place, but you get everything you need. Also is a great location just outside of the business of Thamel. Highly recommend.

After coming to the same place for years, I can tell you that the hotel is now very run down. Toilet lights arent working. Dusty blankets. Way overpriced. Nice quiet area, with many other places to choose from.

We have nothing to say about this review. It's true He comes here to stay with us. He had stayed many times with us and always he wants pay same rate which is not possible. The main thing is HE HAS REVIEWED OUR GUEST HOUSE IN SEPTEMBER 14TH 2016 THIS YEAR AND SEE WHAT HE HAS TOLD ABOUT US. Hopefully...

I had a nice stay in Family Peace Hotel and they organized my Annapurna trek with a great guide Krishna Malla. Amazing tour, good price. This family run hotel is clean and a short walk from the hassle of Thamel.
