We have spend couple days in Buddha Hotel during our trip to Nepal and Buthan. The hotel offers very good quality vs price and airport transfer which is very convenient. The staff is very supportive. They organized for us Kathmandu trip, airline tickets, luggage storage during our trekking trip. And the breakfasts are very good!

Pros: Proper hot water Great location in Thamel Can't argue with the price Friendly service TV with proper channels Clean Air con and heater Cons Windows don't create a seal. So noise and cold air will get into the room very easily. Given other hotels I've stayed in Nepal this ranks towards the top so I can recommend.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, from the young man who met us at the airport on. The manager, Pramod, was especially helpful. The room was on the small side, but very clean and pleasant. Hot water takes a little...
