Hotel is a little old but in a warm, comfortable way like an old arm chair - but it could still do with a proper upgrade to the rooms. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient and with all the daily challenges they must be facing the standards are pretty good. Breakfast in a separate building is average and...

We rather like best and comfortable beds are in the hotel. The garden face room and wall painting by arts are great. No doubt about best breakfast ever I had. If, you are thinking to travel in Nepal, try your best, it is best location in center point of tourist area of Kathmandu, Nepal.

Have stayed multiple times here on business trips, and found them to be comfortable and functional. Rooms at the top floor are really small, so should be avoided. They have 2 restaurants, one for indian/nepal cuisine (really nice) which even has gazal shows in evening & a chinese restaurant which was fine too. Taxis are readily available outside, however they...

I wasn't going to write this review given the circumstances, however given the hospitality of the hotel's staff during a very very terrible time I thought otherwise. As one of the only hotels open in the area after the earthquake they helped many people such as myself who were now without a place to stay. The hotel staff stayed to...

What a wonderful experience I had at Hotel Annapurna. Like all truly five star properties - and there are too few of them - service was impeccable and effortless. The staff was there with what I needed before I asked, and not around when I didn't want them around. The room was large, really comfortable, and well appointed - the...

I visited Hotel de'l Annapurna as a volunteer worker for the seminar organised by PATA Nepal Chapter. The hotel provided the quality service including quality food and quality meeting/seminar hall. The hall was facilitated with the necessary technologies. The hall was near the parking space which made every guest to locate the hall easily.

This hotel has reinvented itself. I stayed here about 20 years back and it seems in last few years they have completely modernised which is to be appreciated. I think they were the first 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and want to keep the tag of one of the best if not the best. Its the best location in Kathmandu,...

The hotel is a nice property. Though when we visited it, there was maintenance work going on. The swimming pool is not as big as shown in the pictures. Even the water in the pool wasn't clean. We had selected a queen bed. But when we got there we got two twin beds which the housekeeping joined to form a...

I visited Kathmandu for business and my organization booked the Hotel Annapurna for me. The hotel staff were polite and efficient and the room was dated, but clean and well maintained. What made my visit unique is that during my stay, the first earthquake occurred. The hotel staff really worked hard to make sure that all guest were safe and...

I stayed one week at this hotel in May 2015. Despite the hard days the country was going through because of the earthquake, the hotel managed to keep a very good quality of service. I was on the ground floor, the room was spacious with high ceiling. Wifi is slow but that's the case everywhere in Nepal. I wish the...
