It is a nice and clean hotel. Love the Dutch blanket (not Fleece). Only hot shower during the sun and only wifi down. I did not like the breakfast. I am allergic for gluten. I send a email they told me it is a buffet. Yes it is. But only with Porridge and bread. So I only had a omlett,...

Stayed for four weeks while volunteering in Bouda and found rooms to be exceptionally comfortable by Nepalese standards. Very well equipped kitchen for guests to use, everything new and working. Enjoyed good relationship with staff despite dragging them out of bed on two occasions at night to let me in. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was finished...

We stayed in Martine and Lobsang's new guesthouse in April and May and everyone made us extremely welcome. The guesthouse is very comfortable with lots of lovely finishing touches. There is a reception area with sofa and chairs for sitting in and checking emails, a roof terrace with good views of Kathmandu and a lovely garden, which was being planted...

Martine and Lobsang have at last moved into their newly built guest house just a short walk from the previous location. They have been able to incorporate all those small touches which make it more comfy. The rooms have large windows and small balconies to make the most of the views, mine was towards Kopan monastery and Hyolmo monastery. The...

Me and my (pregnant) wife stayed here for about two months during the spring of 2015 and would return anytime. Rooms are large and comfortable, hot shower's good, decent WiFi that's mostly working. Discounts for longer stays, good value. Staff is very friendly and helpful, family-like atmosphere. They took good care of my wife when I was out working. Best...

They got it: very nice simple room, and best shower i had in Nepal. For the price (18 dollars) for a double room, i was really happy. We had a nice welcome too and they ordered our taxi for a good price too.

The GH is a little bit remote from the Bodhnath Stupa compared to others, however it takes only 10-15 mins' walk. The room is not small, clean enough. The dinning hall & welcome hall is spacious with lovely decoration. Staff is nice and friendly. The most impressive is their breakfast, which is the best and most generous we've had among...

We had opted to stay in Bouddha/ Bodhnath as it seemed quieter than other areas of Kathmandu, and as we were only spending 2 nights, we thought being close to the stupa was the way forward. We walked in and the staff were very helpful in finding us a room as we hadn't booked before hand. Our room was huge,...
