This hotel is mainly used by to organised groups going to Everest etc. The rooms vary some with AC some with just a fan but all are in good condition and clean. Staff and security are extremely helpful and whether it be with storing baggage, arranging taxi's, money changing etc. Decent location not far from garden of dreams in Thamel,...

Stayed for a few nights. Very basic hotel. Was a bit noisy during the night. Front desk service could be better. Best part of the hotel experience was breakfast which had friendly staff and cost 500 rupees. Beer was very expensive.

So we stayed here off and on for a total of a week. We were starting a tour and this was the first hotel. We got a room on the second floor and it was fine, basic but fine. We had hot water, clean beds and a little room to move around. It was a little noisy because of construction...

We stayed at this hotel in Kathmandú, as part of a gadventures tour it seems a rule that the area near and surrounding the hotel is terrible dirty and feels insecure but there are other hotels in the same area, this is a pity because the hotel and the rooms are really, really nice, comfortable and clean. We had a...

I really enjoyed my stay here, it wasn't luxury but it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. If you get the option choose a room as high as possible so that you get a better view. I stayed in two rooms, first was of low down facing some sort of parking lot, the second was higher up...

This was a really pleasant little hotel, I'd done a trip with G Adventures from Delhi finishing in Kathmandu and when I got to the hotel, what really stood out was the extra friendly staff. A porter heard me rustling my keys whilst faffing around trying to close my bedroom door and came rushing up to help me and when...

Thank you so much for your kind review! Unfortunately, the power situation is beyond our control as it is city-wide but we try to mitigate it as best as possible with all our resources: we employ the service of a powerful generator and have installed 50+ solar panels. We appreciate your understanding of the situation and look forward to hosting...

I have stayed at the Fuji Hotel in Thamel on several occasions and have always been impressed by the warmth and sincerity of their welcome. The hotel is situated in a quiet side street, off Jyatha, away from the vibrant bustle and traffic of the city and yet within five minutes walk of Thamel's heart. The rooms are always clean...

The Fuji Hotel had rooms of a good quality that were clean and pleasant. The restaurant served breakfast as part of the cost of a nights bed (eggs, bacon, toast, porridge, beans etc) as part of the service and the food was of a reasonable standard. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect being a block...

This was a good hotel. Well located, secure, and mostly clean, with helpful staff. I would stay here again. Don't get your expectations too high though. The décor is quite dated, and the hotel is subject to Kathmandu's 12 hour daily power brownouts.
