The accommodation is in keeping with the natural elements of the site. Tented rooms with ensuite facilities at the back. An abundance of wildlife, watched from our veranda. From the hide we had regular views of an amazing black bittern, along with other water birds. Spotted owlet is resident by the dining area, and a nearby tree is decorated with...

This is a tented camp, there is electricity and plenty of hot water in the en suite shower room.We found our accommodation very comfortable. The tents are in a garden which teams with wildlife, mammals and birds. The staff could not be more efficient and friendly, the food was fresh and locally organically produced. The wildlife viewing in the area is...

If your looking for luxury, this isn't the place to stay. If your looking for wildlife (especially birds). Koshi Camp is superb. The tents are well equipped with electricity, bathroom and plenty of hot water at the sink or for the shower. Wonderful showers after a day of birding! Badri and his assistants were amazing at finding birds and animals....

Spent several nights here with a Naturetrek group. Comfortable tents with bathrooms not far away- but we still took a jug for during the night! Torches in the tents, but electricity in restaurant and shower rooms. Decent food especially breakfast with tasty porridge followed by eggs of your choice- excellent after an early morning birding. Although the grounds are quite...

The camp far exceeded my expectations. The tent was spacious enough for two adults, and was supplied with a flashlight and candles, as well as a pitcher of boiled, filtered water that we drank. The beds were pretty hard. The bathrooms were very nice with a shower area divided from a toilet and shelf area by a curtain. There was...

If you're looking for five star luxury in the outer reaches of Nepal with swimming pool, hot and cold running water, aircon etc. then this isn't for you. If you're interested in the wildlife of Nepal whilst staying with people who are dedicated to your service and well-being then this is the place, without doubt. Accommodation is in permanent tents...

Spent 4 nights at Koshi Camp, on the edge of the wetland reserve called Koshi Tappu. Great site for birding, with over 150 different species seen (would have been many more if we were fanatical birders!). Accommodation in comfortable tents, with common shower block very near. They also have constructed a hide overlooking a wetland area, close to the camp....
