I stayed with a group of friends at Giri Guesthouse. Its a great guesthouse, rooms and sheets are clean and if you are lucky and get one of the rooms on the end you will have a beautiful view of the Annapurna mountains! Some rooms have couches and chairs for relaxing, as well there is a lovely garden downstairs to...

I had such an amazing experience at Giri Guesthouse! Really recommend this place. The rooms are clean and location is great! On a quiet street near the action. The garden is quiet, a perfect place to hang out. They speak good English and also have a travel agency so Khim booked everything for us in no time. Their trekking guides...

This hotel was super cheap. But was clean and had everything we needed. Even had hot showers everyday. Which is rare in Nepal. Great location seconds from the lake. Highly recommend. The only issue was the power cuts but that again is a Nepal problem more than hotel issue.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks whilst visiting Pokhara and got an excellent rate. The room was huge and bright, with a balcony outside and great views of the mountains when it wasn't hazy. There was a pleasant courtyard where guests could sit and socialise. The WiFi worked well and showers were generally hot and had good pressure...

We had a very nice stay at this guesthouse! The quality of the rooms and service is excellent for the relatively low price that you pay. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. There is a nice garden in front of the hotel. The only negative comment is on the showers. Showers are sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes no...

After staying the first night at White Castle Hotel which was located way inside from the main entrance of the street near the phewa lake, I started to look for alternatives next day early morning. I roamed almost the entire lenght of the lakeside but little did I know, this guest house, which was only minutes walking from white castle...

This is a nice, clean guesthouse in Lakeside East. We stayed here for four nights in May and got a good off-season rate. On the downside, it was so quiet that there were rarely other travellers to socialise with and we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff each time we asked for anything. I wanted to arrange a pony...

After coming back from the trek to the Annapurna basecamp the Nirvana hotel just had a room for me and my boyfriend for one more night. As we wanted to stay more we asked next door at the Giri guesthouse and were lucky to get a room on the last floor. It was cheaper than the Nirvana but also seemed...

I stayed here with a group of friends at the beginning of December. The owners were very hospitable and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. We got two rooms for half the normal rate (it's offseason) and each room had an attatched bathroom (luxurious in Nepal). They offer all services (arranging taxi, plane, bus, tours, etc.) and...
