This hotel is right on the famous street where all the happenings are. We were in the suite with a nice view of the lake and the street. Rooms are decent with all the amneties you need for quiet sleep. There is onsite restaurant and breakfast was included with our stay. There is also bakery shop which serves coffee and other drinks. Tons of restaurants nearby. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

All I asked is for is laundry to be done and apparently it’s too much to ask. It says on the form from 7am onwards. They refused to do it until much later time (11am) when I have places to be in the morning. And they even refused to just take the laundry until that time. I went to Kotee Home Hotel nearby. Same price, air conditioned room and did laundry without hesitation.

There is No doubt, the hotel is awesome with good location,excellent service and staff of there are very hepful and professional as well.there is 24 hrs service of fast food tea coffee etc. Every tour package vehicles are available in the hotel ...awesome hotel to stay according to the location, service & delicious food.

oh my god it is a good location though not good in service ... staff there are not pleasing and helpful and if you willing to take hot shower don't choose that hotel no hot water at shower at all.............only i liked was location of hotel

The most worst experience during trip was this hotel. They exaggerated the hotel as 3 star but the quality was not. There are no proper reasons to keep that price. Worst room service. We didn't have working phone in room of 3 star hotel.

We had planned to stay in Pokhara for 5 nights after our trek and wanted some sort of “luxury” and chose hotel snowland, as it looked nice from the outside, in a very convenient central location. However, inside it is quite the opposite . Our room was old and dingey with mould all up and down the walls in the shower. Wifi signal was so weak it was virtually non existent in the rooms. We had negotiated $20usd a night which is quite expensive accomodation and it was sub par to say the least . Luckily we were able to check out after 10mins of seeing our room and get our advance back . We then moved to hotel mera next door which was phenomenal, for the same price !

Old building, located in the center of the tourist area of Pokhara. The room is big and high-ceilinged. It is walking distance to the lake, one of the most interesting places in the city. Breakfast was not good, it was not yet ready by 7am, and many guests who want to go out early were waiting as the staff prepares the buffet table.

Just returned home after a trip to Nepal which was including two nights in Pokhara at the hotel Snowland and my experience was not at all so good as the ones of other travelers ( which contributed to the decision to book here ). Maybe the ones who wrote reviews stayed on "superior" rooms, but my "standard" room kindly can be categorized as average. Especially the bathroom definitely was needing of a major renovation ( the water from the sink flowed and the walls were moldy ). Due to the fact that the room window showed the view of a bad shape inner gang I had to keep the curtain drawn all the time making it as a cell. A "plus" for the location. Location is great, services good I am so they provided service mid night bring food from Near by restaurant. good news they are going to provide food throughout night soon. Daily house keeping clean room. Intimidate electricity backup. Information about Pokhara and arrange boat from hotel free of cost. Don't forget to ask car for free pick up and drop airport.

Beautiful setting in a great central location. Very clean rooms, This hotel stand out is the staff. They were friendly and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Easily the best staff of our trip the hotel staff is extremely helpful, polite and nice.
