My name is Deepak Duggal, I stayed in hotel for 7 days between 20th July 2014 to 26th July 2014, it was great experience for me, very supportive office staff, restaurant food is so good, reception person Ariel and Maggie both are too supportive, you will never feel boar in hotel.

We had stayed there for four days. Room and bathroom are good. And we could use free wi-fi. Worker's customer service was good. There are many shops around the hotel. And the metro station in not too far from there. I'd like to stay there again if I visit Taiwan next time.

I walked into the hotel via the main road but they told me that I have to go to the back of hotel for check in. The check in process is smooth and quick. However the first time I tried to use the keycard for my room, it doesn't work, and there is no phone anywhere in the common area...

City Lake was one shown in the corporate hotel list. All of my colleagues suggested me that this hotel was the best among others in the list. And I've realized that I made the right decision. 4 days and 3 nights at City Lake was very good. Room features with good facilities. The hotel location is also easy to access...

Rooms are large, beds are good, and the staff pleasant and quick to help. So,, at $92US, it was a good deal especially as it included a very nice breakfast. My wife and I stayed two nights. The first night the Wi-Fi did not work in our room but that was fixed by the second night. We learned that if...

Every year I stay in this hotel for a week or 2, I like everything of this hotel. The location is not in the heart of Taipei city so it's nice and quiet, but to get around you'll have to take the subway, it's about 30 minute to Taipei main station. The rooms are clean and specious, I always stay...

Was pleasantly surprised with hotel and service. Definitely a highly recommended location! The breakfast was also very good! Very convenient to trains and local restaurants. When I return to Taiwan, City Lake Hotel will be where I stay!!

Stayed here for ten days while visiting family. My room was a deluxe suite. The room size was good with a reasonable, but not luxurious, amount of extra space. The bathroom was ok but the shower door would not close properly. The bed in my room was comfortable but the sheet covering the quilt was too small, so it usually...

Stayed 2 nights with a tour group. 2 mins to MRT station with shops nearby. Comfortable and clean. No complain on the room. But if you are in Taipei for a shopping trip, this is not the ideal hotel as it is far from Ximenting and major shopping areas.
