Our stay at Ginza Hotel was amazing. The hotel is right at the center and it is both easy to walk everywhere and take the MRT. Although the building isn't new, everything inside is in very good condition. And staff were very helpful and friendly, thank you for everything :)

Your introduction to this hotel is by what seems to be virtually a service dock - a dirty industrial concrete landing shared by all the other commercial occupants of this large building. The lobby/ dining area is on level 4 reached by a lift also with industrial fit out. Once you are out of this dismal lobby area things start... More

Quite rare to be fully happy with a hotel on holidays but I am with Ginza because of the following reasons: 1. Possibly the best staff I have experienced in all the hotels I have stayed at. It's a small hotel but the service is better than a 5 star. They are genuinely thoughtful, kind, efficient and very helpful. They... More

Though is located inside a rundown building, but the interior of the hotel is definitely a plus point. I don't mind if the hotel is small and occupy 3/4 of 4th storey. What's more important the staffs there are really helpful and friendly. The room is definitely a big surprise for me. There is window of cos. And just at... More

Although the room (Queen bed) was smaller than I expected, services provided by Ginza was world class. The staffs at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful and caring. They would try to have a friendly chat with you everyday, and seek for clues of your needs. Umbrellas are available to borrow on a rainy day which is also very... More

We stayed here based on reviews however, we don't read Japanese so maybe we missed some of the details?? Upon arrival, check it was smooth. However, the pictures on Tripadvisor and the website are quite misleading. We had the smallest room which space is typically not an issue for us, however, this room was not only small (maybe 25 sq... Recently, my wife and I stayed at the Ginza hotel for one night. We were coming back from Kenting national park, and the next day we would be getting on a plane to go back to Tokyo. Tiffany at the front desk was one of the most competent employees I have ever encountered at a hotel. Not only did... More
