This is an education center for civil servants, but others (like me) are apparently also welcome. It is a very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms, and a helpful staff. It is located within easy walking distance from Taiwan National University and just a few blocks from the nearest subway station. The place has a nice contemporary feel to it, with...

I stayed here for 8 days during a conference at NTU. The location is very convenient to the University. The accommodations were simple but comfortable; all basic necessities were provided. I had a good experience and would stay here again. The room was small (about 12 x 11 feet excluding the bath and closet), but it was sufficient. The bed...

Well located, basic but had everything I needed. The restaurant was nice. I was attending a conference in the same location so it was very convenient. Close to a very good night market and the local subway route.

Stayed here for 5 days in a single room that had everything you could need, comfortable bed, good shower, tea making facilities and flat screen television, but no in room safe. The hotel has an extensive breakfast buffet of mostly Asian food in a pleasant restaurant. There are also other restaurants, I did not try these so can't comment. The...

-- Nice hotel, conveniently located (about 10-15mins from closest subway station). -- Decent amenities and clean, somewhat spacious rooms (albeit rather dated). -- Buffet breakfast could be made much better: offerings limited and bland; but hotel is walking distance to plenty of quaint restaurants and local cafes. -- Good for staying if you have business at the National Taiwan University:...

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2012 and it has deteriorated in quality over the years. On my most recent stay, I checked out early because I woke up scratching small bug bites all over my hands. When I first checked in, I noticed 3 dead bugs smeared on the walls and had to complain to the front...

Good business hotel, with good breakfast and pool. Rooms are on the small side, but comfortable. It is far from the metro station (~10min walk) but it is very convenient if you are going to the university. Good access to Shida night market and many other restaurants.

This hotel is conveniently placed in central Taipei, just opposite the University and within 5 minutes walk of plenty of restaurants. It's clientele are a mix of nationals, Chinese business people and westerners, mainly in Taipei on business. The hotel is also set up well for business meetings and conferences. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well-serviced with all the...

I had three nights here while attending a conference at nearby NTU. The location is great - handy to the excellent Taipei metro system, parks, cafes and some great restaurants. There is access to a gym and indoor pool on site. My room was small but clean and all I needed. Breakfasts were fine, mostly Asian foods but 'western' as...

I visited Taiwan for a 3-day conference and was booked in this hotel by the organizers as the other hotels were fully booked. Staffs are overall friendly, helpful and attentive to guest's requests despite difficulty in communicating in English. Rooms are relatively small compared to other hotels but are well designed and functional. Gym and heated swimming pool are available for...
