I visited for business, having got a good deal on reservation from booking.com. Security was good and the room was spacious and well appointed, including two vanities and a Toto washlet. Beds were comfortable. Location is central and just a three minute walk from the Zhongshan underground station. The road leading to the hotel tends to get traffic jams. The...

I told my room number to a hotel staff in order to borrow an umbrella. When I returned to the hotel. The moment I was about to take an elevator, that hotel staff who happened to be stationed in front of the elevator door just pushed the floor number where my room was located. This is may be a small...

I have never stated at any Okura chain hotel before but can immediately notice the attention of the doormen and bellhops on arrival compared to local international hotels. The rooms, toilets and facilities are first class as expected. Since we needed an extra bed, one actual bed (and not the foldable type that is provided by other hotels I have...

In a great location, and the hotel is nearly new. The service is professional. My only issue which is a personal taste, is the decor is a combination of European rococo and Asian. e.g. they have the european style paintings and the tons of polished marble. They display some Berlin-porcelain set in an alcove. The materials and finishes they use...

I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could. Not only is the hotel located centrally in the Zhongshan district, it is clean and well furnished. Decent gym that closes around 2230 as well. The service staff were pleasant and showed great initiative to make your stay a comfortable experience. Extremely popular with Japanese tourists and it is tailored...

Stayed there for 7 days. Located is good. Very close to subway station with lots of shops and restaurants around. Service is good. Room is nice. I like the big shower and the design of separating the toilet and bath. Being a Japanese hotel, Japanese customers are the majority, thus creating a more quite environment. This is especially obvious in...

Dear Okura Hotel Management: We stayed at your hotel from January 28 to 31, 2017. We booked 2 rooms (one of which is a handicap-accessible room). We have stayed at Okura Hotel Taipei before during the Chinese New Year holidays because of its special handicap-accessible room required by my mother-in-law with stroke. We have been given free complimentary breakfasts during...

Luxury place for relaxation. The service are excellent. The Buffett on second floor and Chinese restaurant on third floor are quite good. After a long day you can take a sauna for relaxation on 21 floor before dinner. Location are super, many store and restaurants in the vicinity. Miner draw back when we call for extra two Nespresso capsule for...
