good note - the young guy at the reception was very helpful and nice. BAD note - starting from the Reception area, it was extremely smelly. It stinks like wet socks in a sealed bag that haven't been washed for months. I could not breathe for air because it was horribly stinky. I booked a private room at this hostel...

When I first stayed here more than 5 years ago I fell in love with the quirky themed rooms with murals. But how things changed. Still family run, but everything also seems run down. Checking in, they couldn't find my room even though I had already booked & paid online through their website for a double room, & printed out...

For the price they are charging and the service, they definitely deserve a five star rating. We were on a 'hostel hopping' and walked in to inquire after the hostel we wanted to stay in initially was fully booked. The front desk staff were so friendly and so nice -they even asked us to checked the rooms if we liked...

My third time in BKK but first time staying in a budget hostel. No regret staying here takin the fact that i was really well accomodated by the staff in terms of where to go and the cheapeast and easiest way to go elsewhere. I bumped in to this hotel with a second thought of "i might not like the...

I had been there on July. The hotel is newly established and I was worried at first before staying but finally i can say that this is the best budget hotel in Bangkok with good facilities. The hotel is in prime location. Rooms are small but is good. Thumbs up to this hotel.

The hostel is accessible to both bts and mrt. Our room is clean although small. The bathroom is huge! The elevator is broken and our room is at 4th floor! Hope they do something about that soon! The staff is helpful. The free breakfast is good.

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights from 9 to 16 april 2016. The ambiance has changed since i stayed here in 2105. I also noticed that not many guests were around. The hotel needs to buck up. The elevator broke down for 2 days during my stay.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
