We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 8 nights whilst enjoying the sights of Bangkok. On check in I was taken to 2 rooms that were not what I booked before settling on room number 3. The rooms are old and not depicted correctly on the website. We had a 2 seater couch only in the apartment which really wasn’t suitable for 3 people to relax on. The only amenities provided were soap and shampoo. The pool is huge but very deep the entire length approx 1.6mtrs at the shallow end. The restaurant attached, Hungry Brown was quite good and provided room service after 11am. The staff are lovely and very helpful however it really is time to update your website.

Solo, 18nt stay. Booked directly with Jum on reservations, who was excellent to deal with. I ordered packages thru the Lazada app, and they were kept for my arrival. Staff always friendly and willing to help out. The studio apartment was spacious but dated and the decor wasn’t pleasant, the bathroom was good, big fridge but dark living space. I asked for a smart tv prior to arrival, but had to ask again for it on arrival.. Breakfast was the worst buffet I’ve had in Thailand, and the boxes to rooms were also not great. I recommend going to the onsite Hungry Brown cafe for breakfast, worth paying for, the dinners in the restaurant also nice. Grab was also easy to order food to your room or for transport. But to catch a grab into the shopping malls took over 40-60 minutes to get there and same in return. The BTS is close by but in my condition, I had to be out of the heat so grab was best for me. Price for the room was quite good but I would stay closer to the main areas next time.

The room is out of date. Wi-Fi is not good. Toiletries were only shampoo and soap. Sometime smelled cigarettes from outside. Not a lot of English channels on television. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was near BTS. The location was near 7-11 and local restaurants.

Very poor hotel Good location because metro nearby Pleasant swimming pool area But the apartments are dilapidated Mold in bathrooms Cockroaches in the rooms Very average condition of the bedding The worst thing is that there is a lot of noise at night. We had the impression of sleeping in a company in full news. The air conditioning motors are particularly noisy and the water drains resonate excessively in the rooms. The price of this hotel is excessive. The most expensive of our stay and by far the worst. The manager is not trying to fix the customer.

HOTEL STAFF are THIEVES. The housekeeping staff STOLE $1800 while cleaning our room. The Management did not cooperate one bit after this robbery. We even complained to the POLICE STATION and the Police DID NOT do anything because the owner of the HOTEL is EX-Head of Police. We have the entire police report as well. The management did not compensate in anyway. We could not claim any compensation because hotel room was full paid. Even though they claim its a BUFFET REKFAST but guests are LIMITED to TWO EGGS per person ! How ridiculous is that. HouseKeeping also LIMITS complementary 500ml WATER BOTTLE to ONLY 2 bottles which is also absurd

be careful if renting this hotel, make sure you check towels and other supplies in good condition, because on July 3 I stayed for 2 nights and when i checked out I have to pay the old small towel because a tiny dirt and small hole, because its an old towels not a new one its impossible for guest to notice. On the day when we check out, they insisted to charge for TBH 200, which i refused to pay and we have arguments for old towel they provided. If the towel a new one and we torn it, its my responsibility to pay for it and its ok with me. And until i came back to my country, shock me, they charge me with 600 TBH. So make sure before you want to rent this Hotel, just becareful .

i would not recommand this hotel at all!! We stayed for 5 nights at the 3 bedroom suit apartment. Two of our rooms' bed sheets are DIRTY. On the king size bed, it got black stains, seems like someone steps on it with shoes on. On the double bed, it got yellow stains on it, looks like someone pees on it.. and the HAIR on it too... (see the pic)
when we called the front desk about this, the person who picked up the phone was very impatient, he told us that the house keeping is not 24 hrs, and he can do nothing about it right now. we have to sleep on those dirty sheets tonight and they will change it tomorrow. then the he HUNG UP on me.
BUT, when we came back to the hotel the night next. NOTHING changed. the sheets are still dirty with the same stains. NO ONE changes it. (yes, we did leave tips in the morning..) That's it, we called the front desk again and ask them to change the room for us. Fortunately, this time the front deak lady is very nice, she assigned us to another identical room (imagine that, we have to move all of our belongs(6 person) to another room when we got back from the all day long tour.. EXHAUSTED)
One of the new room's sheet is still dirty... but a little bit better than the original one.. so we accepted. HOWEVER, there was no hot water in 2 rooms.... by the time we realized this, it was like 4am.. and we were all tired from this... so we all, 6 person, showed in one bathroom..... it took maybe 2 hrs for all of us to finish showed.
This hotel is not worth the money at all, (or maybe only the 3 bedroom suit?!) the facilities are old, nonetheless to say the dirty sheet and their hotel service.. i would recommand you to stay away from this hotel if you are going to bangkok. It can totally ruin your trip with such bad quality service and disgusting bed sheets.

I regarded this a sleeping place because it is not like a hotel, no coffee & tea provided. Abloom claims to be an apartment, but only a microwave is provided, no washing machine, no cooking facilities, far away from city centre, staff not helpful and less smile, DVD Player in room and vase for boiling water are out of order, room is very dark and old, Beds are too close to air conditioner so very cold but sitting area for TV is too hot as no fans or air conditioner nearby. Breakfast is expensive than other hotel, so we don't eat at hotel, only 1 7-11 nearby no other shops or restaurant.
However, bathroom are very clean and wifi reception is good.

I am putting aside my tons of emails to reply at work to write this review, because I have too much things to say. “Don't sweat yet”, to the Apartment Manager seeing this review. My review will be fair to the Abloom.
I stayed at Abloom serviced apartment from 1st Jan to 6th Jan 2015 with my family during our trip to Bangkok for a Holiday and celebrate my parent's wedding anniversary at the same time. We did our booking through Booking.com and got a room for an average of about USD130 a night. Both my parents are not proficient with the English language and they do not travel often. So I have my concerns on whether they will be able to handle any emergency situations should one arise. Therefore I preferred to have a single unit which can house all of us. Those hotels which can house 4 of us, costs a bomb and availability is scarce. For the size of the apartment and quality of stay that we get (and I hate to say this for fear the price of the Serviced Apartment will rise once people get to know this gem), I’m sure it is worth at least twice the current amount I got charged for.
Firstly, the location. It's located at Sanam Pao BTS Station. Some of you may be concerned that the Serviced Apartment is not in the heart of the city like Siam or Asok, but I assure you, it is not far from the central bustling area, with the proper peace and quietness to enjoy at night. It's about 40 mins taxi ride from the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Hotel charges about USD 60 for pickup from the airport, but you can easily get a taxi from the Airport and get there at a quarter of the price.
Of course, the taxi you get at the Airport cannot guarantee that your luggages will fit in the boot unless you specifically tell the staff managing the queue you need a bigger taxi (which is probably going to cost more). Our two pieces of 30-inch luggage couldn't fit into the back of the sedan taxi and had to be left half opened while being strapped to a bicycle hook. We made it safely to the hotel nonetheless with the taxi going at speeds of 90 - 110 km/h on the highway.
My dad suffers from Arthritis and cannot walk long distances. The plus point about this Apartment is that there is a "shortcut" which the staff can point out to you, by walking lesser than 200m, you can reach the stairs to the Sanam Pao station. It is a bit dark at night, but we later found out that the whole stretch is only utilized by the staff and customers of Abloom or the people staying in that area which can only be accessed by Access Cards or the entrance at the Guard House. As mentioned my dad has Arthritis, he prefers walking another 100m ahead to the entrance with the escalator, near a car repair workshop with a Michellin Logo.
The only downside is there is no down-riding escalator, or lift at Sanam Pao station, so coming down is a small issue. But to be fair, it's always easier to come down than climb up. Also, the hotel provides Tuktuk service from the hotel to the Sanam Pao BTS Station and will stop at the side with the up-riding escalator, which is a major plus point. We utilized the Tuktuk service only on our last day, just so to try out.
Secondly, the property itself is a two-block property interlinked at the 3rd floor with a swimming pool and a gym. The Apartment I got was a 108 squared-metre two-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor (Room No. 1113) located within the same block as the reception counter. I got to say, the pool is indeed very adequate for a relaxing swim and the gym is definitely enough to keep the metabolic rate high, for those who are serious about their workout.
Thirdly, The breakfast is fair, with the standard menu of English and American Breakfast, plus some congee and rice for those who are used to have rice as staples. Bread and Toast are also freely available with the jam spread and salad, cereals with milk, along with juices are also available.
Fourth, There is a recreational area on the Ground Floor at the block with the reception counters that is equipped with a large TV and a sofa sets, along with massage chairs. My parents enjoyed it very much and used it almost every night after we come back from an exhausting shopping trip. If you’re into massage, somewhere along the “shortcut” route, there is a (legit) massage parlour that charges about 300 Baht/Hr for a Foot Reflexology or a Thai full body massage. Coming from a country where massage parlours charge a minimum of approximately USD 50/HR, I highly recommend this massage parlour and my parents enjoyed having a good Foot Reflexology session on a few days there as well.
Finally, within the Apartment itself I don’t have anything to complain about, the rooms and toilets are clean and the daily room cleaning service always ensure that the beds are neatly made up with the rubbish bins cleared daily. The laminated wooden tiled floors add a very homely feeling to the entire apartment. In-Room WiFi also has strong signals.
They even washed the used plates and utensils for us, which we really appreciate. With the kitchenette fully equipped with the necessary crockery and utensils for my family of 4. It also comes with a microwave, which we can use to heat up the frozen food we bought from the 7-Eleven (convenience store) along the “shortcut” route. The two bedrooms also comes with a toilet each of which, one of them is equipped with a bathtub. This means we don’t need to wait too long for our turns to answer a nature’s call or take a shower.
My only “complaint” is that the air-con is switched off once you pull out the room card from the card slot and you have to re-switch them on again using the in-room remote when you re-insert the room card. Also the aircon unit is located on a “balcony” just right outside the windows of the smaller room, but the windows have good noise insulation, so you won’t be bothered by the sounds of the cooling unit. At least for light sleepers like my brother and me, we were not bothered by it. The only “downside” is there is not much of a view from the smaller room because of the cooling units, but the Master Bedroom has a better view from the windows.
I don’t know if the toilet at the Master Bedroom has its windows tinted from the outside, otherwise the guys at the office building opposite would have seen my bum for the last few days. But it’s really alright, because it is quite a distance away, unless they’re using binoculars.
Each room comes with a TV that’s linked to the Cable Channels. And the L-Shaped sofa in the living room is very comfortable with a coffee table. There is also a dining table with 4 accompanying chairs which can sit a family of 4 comfortably to have a proper dinner which you can prepare by yourself using the Kitchenette or packed food from the 7-Eleven.
Our living room also has a large panoramic window behind the sofa, which looks out to the bustling city area in a distance on the left, and also a small lake and a horse farm from a distance on the right. The closest thing is the other block which we can see clearly what the people inside are doing if the curtains are not drawn, but that’s of no concern to us, because we at least have the thinner curtains drawn and we will have privacy.
On the whole, I’m sure any family of 3 – 5 or even 6 can stay comfortably in this two-bedroom apartment and be happy about the experience. I enjoyed my stay, I think you will too.

5 minutes walk from Sanam Pao BTS station (towards Mo-chit :Chatucak Market) - after 7-eleven, next to nice Thai Massage shop, shortcut via narrow walkway - door passcode 4840 - turn left after exiting building, 30 metres walk approx on the right side (back of apartment) through the car park
Quiet accomodation and away from noisy crowd, poor breakfast selection only complaint. Pool at level3 with Gym next to it. No additional 3-pin power adaptor so need to put up deposit of 150Baht per adaptor. only 4 x units per floor but door slams shut very loud, might give light sleeper some shock...
Free wifi. Recommended for family stay as there is a functioning kitchen & microwave BUT not equipped with washing machine.
Free 5-minutes Tutuk ride (one-way) to Ari station (one station from Sanam Pao towards Mo-chit) Villa Market for restuarant, retail & supermarket shopping.
Chatuchak weekend market 3 station away at Mo-chit..taxi approx 55-60baht.
For business travellers, try Vic3 round the corner, just 50 metres from the building shortcut exit (turn right instead of left)

Hi, I stayed at this hotel. They are very close to skytrain (2 minutes walk)and the fastest way is by skytrain and change to airport link (train also). Very quick and easy. They can organise a taxi or car to airport if you prefer. Good team, lovely place to stay. Convenient to skytrain!!!!
Talk with the hotel.usually they specify the occupancy but their Reservations are very helpful. The suite I stayed in was huge! This is a great place to stay with nice pool, sauna and small gym. Proximity to BTS is great! Enjoy!
