We stayed in the room at the 1st floor. It was clean and bright. The location is quite convenient for traveler. I was also surprised that it was not noisy at night while lots of people were still crazy outside.

We stayed here for one night in January 2015. Hotel is in a great location - on Khao San road. Rooms were clean albeit very small. Our room was a bit noisy with fans from outside but not a huge problem....music in Khao San actually gets turned off / down by 12pm so interestingly this wasn't the problem! Like everything...

Pros: The hotel was in a great location, directly on Khao San Road in the heart of all the night life. We could get anywhere we liked within walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride. The staff were friendly, the room reasonably comfortable and clean. Cons: To leave your bags at reception after checking out, but before leaving the...

The room was clean. I wasn't there much. The pictures of the pool do not represent what it actually looks like but it was still a nice area to relax. Most of the staff was very nice but there was a man at the front desk who was very rude during every interaction I had with him. I did not...

If you are looking for clean accommodation, nice decor, friendly staff and a central location then this is the place for you. Thanon Khao San can be quite noisy, but it does go quiet around midnight now

The location is great. In the centre of the famous Kho San Road. Great roof top pool. Room was small. Had an AC, TV, attached toilet and shower. They do not have a restaurant but you don't need it coz there are various options available outside. They have a mini bar and electronic safe within the room. 7-11, KFC, McDonald's...

Arriving in Bangkok is pretty hectic. Rikka inn was right on ko San road which is great location! The stuff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool on the roof top was nice, pictures make it seem a bit more fancy, but £25 a night you can't go wrong!

Great location as your right on khaosan Rd. You can hear some music at night but it didn't effect my sleep. The rooms are really small but we was hardly in them. Had to test out the pool as it looked great and it was in the Bangkok heat. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

We stayed at Rikka Inn Dec. 2014. On the plus side, Rikka was close to two of the big temples and the cab driver easily found the hotel. Also, the room was very clean and a large lock box was provided for laptops/passports/etc. They have luggage storage available if you need to check out late, but the room is not...

The staff was really cool! Hotel is located in the best place of Bangkok. A lot of souvenirs stores around and good and clean places to eat. A money exchange store right next to the hotel and a 7 eleven to buy water and others things. A great pool! Recommended!

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
