The [fyn] hotel is a warm and welcoming hotel located in the heart of Bangkok's Victory Monument, a historical landmark of the city, and only a 3-minute walk from the Victory Monument BTS Station. The industrial loft style of the hotel captures a warm and comfortable feeling and provides a friendly and casual atmosphere for all our guests. The property is situated off the main road providing a cozy and quiet environment for rest and relaxation, yet still within easy reach of Bangkok's shopping and entertainment districts. The hotel is 25 km from Bangkok's two international airports and is easily accessible by car or train. Major shopping centers nearby include Siam Square, MBK, and Platinum as well as the weekend market all easily reached by both taxi and train. Within walking distance from the hotel are two shopping plazas with a wide selection of food and beverage outlets including King Power Duty Free and a movie theater The hotel features 49 contemporary designed guest rooms and suites equipped with large LED TVs with 24-hour international news, entertainment and kid's channels, minibar, safe deposit box and hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the public areas of the hotel. Laundry service is also available as well as free parking for all hotel guests. This was a really great place to stay. Located at the victory BTS station, it was fast to get to with tons of places to shop and eat. Minutes walk from Siam and other major attactions made any late start or end to my day negligible. The room and lobby came with refreshements, the wifi was fast and the shower pressure strong and hot.

rooms were tiny. Narrow. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was good. But after I had a shower in the morning a horrible smell came into my room. I tried to block all drains in the bathroom but eventually had to leave my room. My sister found the same thing in her room. when we walked around to find a place to eat lunch we walked down an alley to a wonderful place to eat we found the same smell...sewer from the alley.

This hotel located was blocked behind some tall building, but easy to reach. Hotel close to BTS station but quiet. The lovely lobby and breakfast room are memorable me.5 Stars hotel with 3 stars room rate. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean.

The customer service was A1. However, when stepping into the room, the ceilings were really Low and I could touch it and the lights were really dim. Everything was okay until at night. I kept coughing as my chest was felt congested. I was sleeping and my Friend saw a black figure standing next to me. Ghost or imagination? You decide.

Stayed just one night as I needed an hotel close to hospital. Modern, lovely decoration and furnishings, bed really comfortable, shower room excellent. Huge flat screen TV, with far too many channels to choose from. Only room available for my stay was a single, whilst the room was small, I had all that I needed, well done design team. Buffet style breakfast with all the usuals on offer. Staff, Aris at reception, spoke brilliant English, and went out if his way to point out the shortcut to BTS. A definite 5 star stay.

The counter staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is also great, as it's near a BTS station. Sad to say, the whole experience was marred by the following: (1) Spotty WiFi - one can suddenly get disconnected, and then one have log in again, or power off the phone, and then log in again. And this can happen several times within an hour or so. (2) The layout of the room is horrible. There's a big column in the room, and there's no table - and what's the point of having a foldable chair with no table? (3) The bathroom is also poorly designed. It's longish, with more space given to the WC and wash basin, but the shower area is very narrow. For an average-sized person like me, I kept on hitting the shower knob - thus affecting the water temperature. I wonder how a bigger sized person will be able to fit into the shower area. (4) The housekeeping is also not regular, as the floor is not swept or cleaned daily.

1. Good receptionist specially miss.nuch manager and her sister treats us really 100 percent good. They provide information. And awesome hospitality 2. Room a bit tiny but the bed very large. And the cleanliness very well 3. Aircond very cold. Using mitshubishi jetflow so best cold in the room 4. Strong wifi 5. Good pressure hot water 6. Newly open just within 10days we came 7. Good breakfast .ala carte but worthed 8. Good location even in small narrow road 9. Near BTS 10. No cigar smell in the room

I won’t rant about height of the celling. For the price I’m paying, it is awesome. It may not be at platinum but it is near to victory momentum’s station. Hence, travelling to shopping malls like siam would be so easy. If you are a night market go-er, just uber or grab then.
Honestly, speaking out of many countries I have been to. This is one of the best hotel and its awesome interior with this price. Thumbs up!

Spent one night here in January on our return journey to Perth. Upon check in was surprised at the hotel.
As others have mentioned the ceilings do make the room a little small, this was only the case in the bathroom and entry area, the rooms in the family room had normal ceiling height.
Location was great, right near the BTS at Victory Monument, with plenty of street food and a good size mall nearby (not MBK size but suited us)
Rooms were in great condition and wold recommend this hotel to any family needing separate rooms for the children.

Hello, I haven't stayed at the hotel for a long time, and had no such issue when I stayed there. From my experience of the reception staff, I feel sure that had it been reported then it would have been resolved.
