The room is spacious and kitchenette. My room faced the narrow courtyard and not much light came through but it was only for a night. The location is convenient, walking distance from the Airport Link train and BTS, MBK Shopping centre, Siam Centre, Siam Square - basically the city centre. However, the hotel is located in an alley, a cul-de-sac,...

The location of Patumwan House is its trump card. It is within walking distance of Siam Paragon Mall, Siam Discovery and Central World malls, and BTS stations. The rooms are large and simply furnished. Clean and comfortable. The rooms on the lower floors can be disrupted by noise from outside. Be prepared to pay for you room with cash. Credit...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Located near the National Stadium but not walk able to famous sites i.e Wat Pho, Grand palace etc. but you can easily jump in a toot toot to get around. It is near to the major shopping malls (MBK, Discovery etc). Rooms are a good size, basic average rooms. Food is over priced for what...

This is a nice budget hotel located at the heart of the shopping hub of Bangkok. All malls including Siam Discovery, Center and Paragon are mere 10 mins walking distance. The rooms are clean, well maintained and the staff is very helpful. The nearest BTS stations National Stadium and Ratchewi are around 7-10 mins walk.

Great hotel, very centrally located easy to get to MBK. Enjoyed my stay here the place is lively. I was only there one night so didn't spend much time there but it was awesome. I will come again if I am in Bangkok again. Stay here!

We stay here for 3 nights. The hotel's facilities are as I expected. No breakfast! A bit way from the main road but once you get onto the main road, there are many shopping mall to explore. MBK, Siam discovery, Siam Square.... Finally I like to stay here 😊

Intended to stay here to get a good nights sleep before our long haul flight the next day. Woken up at 8:30am with loud construction work which felt like it was inside our room, we already had ear plugs in and it still woke us up and kept us up for 30 minutes, so much so that we recorded the...

I stayed for two nights in Patumwan House and used a deluxe room. I liked the room very spacious & had nice view. But, when I knew that booking a room through booking.com is more expensive, I'm little bit disappointed. Secondly, They spent long time to prepare breakfast.

The lobby and the rooms stink (they love spraying toxic pesticides), the reception staff is very unfriendly and the room prices are very expensive for what they offer, and not including breakfast. The only good thing is the central location but overall I won't recommend it.
